Nice room, staff were friendly. But restaurant was not cheap! everything was money even we stayed there and ordered foods in their restaurant. One table set up for family charged $40 without food. If we ordered foods less than $100 they will charge $40 plus. If we ate more than $100 we got free table. I will not hesitate to write this review to travellers to pay more attention!!!

Je décommande ! 1) Les blattes dans le lit 2) Il n’y a pas d’eau chaude 3) La patronne est désagréable 4) La propreté de la plage de l’hôtel est pleine de déchets plastiques des clients… cautionnée par la patronne, on n’a même pas ramassé les déchets et elle a rigolé !!!!!

Stayed here several times and will come back next year again. Amazing stay and if you can get a room at the pier the experience is even better :)!

Our stay was great, the staff was very accommodating. Because the hotel is located in a small remote island, the infrastructure was understandably a bit lacking, such as temporary power outages that would last a minute and loss of water pressure. But again, the staff were quick to mend any situation. The front desk had WhatsApp and that made it easy to communicate with the hotel. They also helped organize ferry and buses for transportation to other cities.

The rooms were clean, the beds ok. Good airco and ceilingfan. The shower is also very clean, but less water is coming out of the shower, and.. only cold. The part of the bay with many restaurants is a 15 minute nice eveningwalk. The resort is on the arrival pier. So no long walks with heavy luggage through white sand.

Soon Noeng hotel is a wonderful place to stay on Saracen Bay on Koh Rong Sanloem! The staff are extremely helpful and the rooms are cleaned and well equipped with kettle and fridge. The views are perfect with the sea very close-by with idyllic tranquil beaches!

Cheap place on the beach not bad however room had a funky smell to it 1-10 I would give it a 7.2

Directly on the port! thex also refilled the toothbrushes and gave us extra blankets! really enjoyed the stay! the view was amazing! Hot water was not working but it was warm enough to shower! Really enjoyed!

I stayed in the room on the pier with a nice view, but I would not suggest non-Cambodian people to stay at this hotel. Only one person speaks a little bit of English, the service is very poor and nobody is around if you need help, no help with carrying the luggage, room cleaning only if you insist. There is only cold water (no hot shower), the fridge did not work, in the room I had lots of insects (ants, cockroaches, mosquitos). There are big groups of Cambodian people staying here and making lots of noise, they bring their own food and BBQ. In the evening, I had to walk 20 minutes on the dark beach with barking dogs to the other resorts to get some food, only breakfast is included in the room price (you can choose between eggs, fried noodles or pancake/fruits). Please note that there are big construction works going on on this part of the island, almost all nearby resorts have been closed down or had to move, now big roads and resorts are being built and there is lots of noise due to construction works. I chose this resort because it was on the pier and easy to reach with Island Speed Ferry Cambodia, and this is the only good thing about it. However, for this price you can get a nice bungalow at nicer resorts with English speaking staff, who will be glad to pick you up.at the pier and bring you to their resorts by boat or tractor.

I would recomend this resort.

We liked the place and stuff in hotel. We were glad to spent weekend in this beautiful and calm place.

worst place ever, do not stay here, ended up with bed bugs, rats running around and being ill, staff are rude and extremely unhelpful, place is filthy, book somewhere else immediately do not risk staying here

Right at pier. Saracen bay excellent location. Service tremendous - Thank you Ngi! Cambodian guests karaoke was charming. Trash washed up on beach is opportunity for all properties to better clean
