I don’t know what I start with but it just amazing hotel good location helpful staff good food I think you will find everything you need in the hotel . You don’t need to go outside . I love to come back again and 1000 times . Thank you mr adel the general manager for everything you done to make this place look amazing and for your hard work .

Valitettavasti kokemus ei vastannut odotuksia. Ilmastointi oli rikki koko oleskelun ajan, ja vaikka asiasta valitettiin useamman kerran, mitään ei tehty asian korjaamiseksi. Plussaa siitä, että sain aikaisen sisäänkirjautumisen – se oli mukava yllätys. Tilasin aamiaispaketin mukaan, mutta se ei ollut syötävää ollenkaan. Buffetissa sain myös hieman epämiellyttävän vaikutelman keittiöhenkilökunnasta. Kun pyysin ruokaa, sitä annettiin todella vähän, ja kun pyysin lisää, sain osakseni asennetta ja nihkeää palvelua. Tuntui, ettei ollut tervetullut tai että olisi jotenkin vaivaksi. Ruoka oli muutenkin vain syötävää – ei hyvää, mutta jos ei ole nirso, niin ehkä menee. Palvelu oli kokonaisuutena perus, ei erityisen hyvää muttei huonoakaan. Uloskirjautuminen oli kaikkein heikoin osa kokemusta. Jouduin odottamaan pitkään, koska tarkistettiin, olinko vienyt jotain. Yksi pieni pyyhe puuttui – jota en ollut edes saanut – ja siitä tuli ylimääräistä säätöä ja odottelua. Lopulta henkilökunta totesi, että kaikki kunnossa ja voin lähteä.

離沙姆機場10分鐘，離懸崖酒吧15分鐘，酒店環境很好，衞生也不錯，早餐可以，有免費班車去小島，房間很不錯，性價比高，就是離沙灘不方便，可以沖

旅館物超所值，房間大間乾淨整潔還有附陽台視野很棒，早餐提供很多種類麵包可以選擇，旅館有游泳池.大廳接待人員非常熱心.

家人們，這個太坑了，如果你定的是那個普通房，千萬不要定直接訂那個豪華的，我們開始訂的那個普通的，但是攜程上他沒有照片，你知道嗎？然後我們看別的照片覺得還挺好，想到進去以後完全就是兩幅面孔，就很老舊的那些事實一點都不能處，然後我們又藝人加錢加了30美金去升級成那個豪華的豪華的那個還不錯，但是他的空調是那種轉風扇的不太會整，然後吃飯的話還不錯，建議大家買全包的這種是好吃的然後酒店以後的小貓很可愛，酒店的沙灘也很漂亮，但是需要坐車，反正溝通有點困難，前台的英語不是太好，而且送水送的也不太及時，得去反覆核對

除了便宜，沒有任何優點。人生住過最差的酒店，設施非常殘舊，床單也很舊，地上也很骯髒。完全不值得這個價錢，也稱不上為酒店。

Its location is very nice, the service is very nice, the hospitality is excellent, their style is very respectful, their food is very clean, and they hold nice parties every day, and there are also parties for children.♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Panorama Naama Heights, Sharm El Sheikh Our group of 19 ranged in age from 10 to 71, with a mix of Black and mixed-race backgrounds and clothing sizes from 4 to 26. We’re all from Birmingham, UK. I’d happily rate this hotel 4 stars—not for its looks, but for the overall experience. Yes, it’s basic, but the staff are absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly. At no point did we feel stared at or judged. All the outside chairs have arms, but the staff are more than happy to provide alternative seating to ensure you’re comfortable! On arrival, we upgraded to a deluxe room for just $5 USD a day, and trust me, the difference was unbelievable—it felt like a completely different hotel! Tipping goes a long, long way here! My advice is to download the Sharm Taxi app—it’s loads cheaper. You can take a £2 taxi to Carrefour supermarket to stock up on snacks. There’s a McDonald’s just around the corner, and it’s much easier to go there yourself since the staff aren’t allowed to help you get deliveries. The food was actually better than expected—not gourmet, but definitely decent for the price. If possible, avoid rooms near the entertainment area, as it’s so loud that it’s impossible to sleep before 11 pm. Also, from the start, let the staff know you want your room cleaned daily and towels changed daily, as this isn’t guaranteed. All in all, we had an amazing 10-day holiday!
