Poor front desk service--- when we arrive in the hotel, it seems that we were not welcome. Two days before our check-in time, we already contacted the hotel about our arrival day/time, & we had a smooth conversation with the filipino operator. But we never expected that on the day of our arrival time, the room were not ready, we waited for more than half an hour. We kept on asking the reception if when it will be ready because my small baby was already tired from the travel and we have an event that we need to catch up. The staff reception were kept on promising (after 10mins,then after 5mins & so on..).Then,when they hand on me the room card access,the lady receptionist didnt give me an instructions on how to get on the hotel room,because the hotel building is mixed with other offices & shops so we got lost on our way to our room.Glad we met one of the guest of the hotel & they help us to get there on our room.The lady receptionist had called on my phone but its too late,she didnt even apologized on her mistake for not giving the instructions.
Their staff reception were giving on different-different kind of informations, they dont have a proper communications among themselves for their guest.Whoever is assigned on the desk, has different information details to their guest that makes their guest confuse. And they dont have an eye-to-eye contact to their guest.I know that she was aware that time I was standing infront of her but she didnt turn her face to me or even greet.It was me who said "Hi,good afternoon!"... I was amazed name Abdulla a bellboy crew, who greeted & offered us a seat while waiting for the check -in.. I saluted him!
