THE HOTEL --------------- Ideally located in the prime touristic area of Shah Alam City Center, Laman Green The Boutique Hotel promises a relaxing and wonderful visit. The hotel has rooms that offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. SELF CHECK-IN & SELF CHECK-OUT KIOSK ----------------------------------------------------- The kiosk machine is located in the hotel lobby. Simple instructions (at the kiosk screen display and notice board) were provided to guide our guests until registration was completed. Upon arrival, use the kiosk to CHECK-IN. Upon departure, use the kiosk to CHECK-OUT. Our official CHECK-IN time is at 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to room availability and is chargeable. Our official CHECK-OUT time is at 12:00 PM. Late check-out is subject to room availability and is chargeable. All the necessary facilities, including free Wi-Fi in all rooms, convenience store, daily housekeeping (upon request), taxi service, and 24-hour front desk, are at hand. Each guestroom is elegantly furnished and equipped with handy amenities. We cant check in bcs of late arrival, the staff that were supposed to be at the counter were nowhere to be seen. After 2 hours of waiting, the staff had arrive and we have to wait for him to prepare the room, we don’t get our room but still get a room of the same price we paid.

Im still not received my deposit even after 3 times gave my details as requested.
Supposed I will get back my deposit after 2 working days but Im waiting for 20 days, yet no payment done by hotel.
Already text them to ask for status but never reply after twice time gave them details required
I have tried to call hotel but not answer!!!
Wasting my time and not recommended to stay here.
It’s good and convenient to have machine for self check in and check out but makesure you kept your promise and never neglect you still need staff to handle customer inquiries.

good location. Average service. Room was small, but I was fine with it. Air con not working. Don’t even have basic amenity like toilet paper or soap. Bed linens had blood stains and other marks on it. Hair can be found around the bed and floor. Room not clean. Very bad experience. Will never come back again.

reasonable price but please don't expect much. suitable for business traveler. nice room lay out and cute space. nearby to kedai makan, toll, spa, and mosque. grab and food panda coverage area. must pay for car parking because under MBSA
