Oase de Spitzenklasse mitten in Sevilla, sehr stilvoll und grosszügig konzipiert, äusserst freundliche und professionelle Mitarbeitende, Zimmer mit grosszügiger Regendusche, Frühstück von herausragender Qualität. Pool auf dem Dach, der diesen Namen auch verdient. Wir haben viele hervorragende Hotels weltweit gesehen, dieses gehört zu den besten!

Wir hatten im Mercer einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.Alles war so wie von uns erwartet. Die von uns gebuchte Junior Suite lag ruhig nach hinten bzw. zu einem Innenhof. Dadurch bedingt etwas dunkel. Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses ist wirklich sehr gut. Kein riesiges Frühstücksbuffet. Aber alles kann individuell bestellt werde. Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

This hotel is well situated on a quiet street that is not very far from the cathedral. It’s an old renovated home, but with amazingly stylish modern touches. The staff were very helpful. The room was huge and extremely quiet for sleeping. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and had a good selection

Seville is a breath taking city and The Mercer was the perfect launch point for our adventures. The staff are exceotional, the lobby is breathtaking, the rooms are beautiful and the rooftop pool sparkling. It is not a cheap hotel but if you can afford it it is worth it and the staff will do everything they can to make your stay special.

Amazing experience! One of the best properties we have ever been to! Very well located within a short walking distance to all the sites. Really beautiful and stylish place, very comfortable rooms, incredible staff who consistently go above and beyond and never fail to impress!

We had a wonderful journey at the Mercer hotel for our honeymoon. The personnel is very kind. We were well received with a welcome gift in our room. Room is very clean, bed and pillow are confortables, and the breakfast is excellent.

We had an exceptional stay at the Mercer Hotel Sevilla from check-in to even after check-out. The property is absolutely stunning. The room was beautiful, spacious and immaculate. The shower in the bathroom is probably one of the best I have ever used. Service is outstanding - very personal, kind and thoughtful. They helped us with dinner reservations, local museum bookings and most importantly locating and returning to us my daughter's iPhone, which she accidentally left behind at the hotel. After we checked-out and were en route to Madrid, my daughter realized she left her iPhone in the room. The Mercer Hotel was immediately able to locate it for us and arranged for it to be returned to us in Madrid the very next day! This shows you the level of kindness, efficiency and care of this hotel. We will definitely return to the Mercer Hotel the next time we are in Sevilla.

Very nice hotel, rooms are wonderful and well prepared. Lots of small attentions from the staff and useful advices! Pablo (chief concierge) provides us a lot of help too. Location of the hotel is ideal ! I recommend this hotel for visiting the city by walking!

My husband and I stayed in this boutique hotel and couldn’t wait to write this complementary review. This hotel is breathtaking. The rooms had all the modern amenities one could expect. Spotless and clean. Best shower ever! The welcome treats and little surprises every time we came back to our room provided a personal touch. Beverages in the fridge were complimentary, coffee superb, and quick room service. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to speak with. Good ol Spanish charm. We especially loved Annabelle. She made our departure as pleasant as our arrival. We would highly recommend choosing The Mercer. They have it figured out.
