We stayed here for a week half board and found it to be a really lovely hotel. We had a 6am flight so arrived late morning but our room was already available which was unexpected and very much appreciated. We were offered a welcome drink but it was only tea/coffee, maybe a glass of Prosecco or something a bit more interesting would have been nice. Rooms are small but very nice, they are also open plan meaning there is no privacy when you shower, or get dressed. Our first room was I think on the first floor and next to a road and it was quite noisy so we asked to move rooms and we paid to upgrade to a sea view room which was still a little noisy but the view made up for it! The food was nice but a little repetitive so we got bored very quickly and ended up having dinner out for the last 4 nights of our stay. We are quite fussy though so I think most people would have no trouble finding new things to eat each night. The pool area is nice and there are plenty of sun beds but the good ones do get taken up quite early. Some of the pool area doesn’t get the sun until the afternoon so a lot of the time we were sat in the shade until the afternoon. We hired a Bali bed one day for 50 euros and it was well worth it but not really budget friendly for more than a day or two. We had an early flight back home so was being picked up before breakfast started and the staff very kindly arranged for some tea/coffee and pastries which was a really nice touch. Location is good, right near the beach, shops, restaurants and bars but be aware it’s closer to Magaluf than Palma Nova. All in all a lovely stay at a lovely hotel. We have decided to come back to Palma Nova this year but have opted for a different hotel purely because of location and bathroom situation but would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We simply cannot say enough good things about this Kimpton property. From the staff to the accommodations, the food & beverage options to the landscaping & spa, everything was fantastic. A last minute choice, we are so glad we made the trip and hope to return soon! First Impression: From the moment we were brought to the front of the property, we knew we had made a good choice. The property, its parking lot, edifice, & landscaping, was in immaculately kept condition. The entrance is humble with only some orange trees, shrubbery, vines, and some small understated branding. Getting There from the airport: This hotel is located in an isolated, quiet residential neighborhood, nearly a half of an hour from the more active city of Palma, & it offers a wonderful serenity. Coming in the off tourist season as we did made it even quieter. For those who might wish to explore the island, beyond the resort, parking for the rental car you will want is inexpensive overnight. Staff Experience: 5/5. Excellent. The staff was truly wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. All guest-facing employees we met were stellar. The team’s collective vibe really felt just right. Fancy enough, informal enough, real. Alina made us feel genuinely welcome. We loved seeing the enthusiasm Aitara showed for the brand. Miguel, history scholar, was very social & made us feel quite comfortable. Laura, the front office manager, was very kind, as she aided us with modifying our airport transportation and check out. Special thanks to Carolina S., who not only answered our usual guest questions but also took time to show some room types & explain a great deal about the property. Our stay would truly not have been the same without her. We thank all these any others who may have contributed to making our experience what it was. We felt the #kimptonlove Accommodations: 5/5. Excellent. We were assigned a “King Premium” room type, (1304), and we were very happy. Our IHG Preferences of a room on a high floor that is away from the elevator were accommodated. We slept in a King bed, watched television from the sofa (where a third person could reasonably sleep), and snacked on an amenity at the small dinette table provided in the room. It had a balcony for lounging with a nice view and the fully stocked minibar offered many drink options. The bathroom included a rain shower w/ separate tub & direct bathroom access to the balcony. Design elements were chosen from the locality and create a stylish & modern, yet relaxed feel. Other accommodation options were available. We learned to book the Presidential Suite if one would like the private hot tub on your balcony and your own olive tree for martinis. Essential or classic rooms are perfect for the restaurant, bar, pool, gym, or spa-dweller, but the view may not be optimal from your room. Pros-nice sized rooms, breakfast choice is amazing, great location, near lots of restaurants and bars.But not too close to *****.the beach is a 2min walk. The hotel decor and vibe is nice. Rooms cleaned well.wifi is good. Cons- Air con in room is awful, would have melted in summer, some staff are bit rude, bar staff at the pool charge you a small fortune for a premixed cocktail and you feel as though your bothering them by even asking for a drink. The staff on reception can be a bit ****y, again they look outraged if you ask them anything. I asked the lad for a towel and he loudly eye rolled at me. Lots of beds by pool are pointlessly reserved and not used all day. But wasnt too bad for spare beds in October.we are in our 30s and the music by pool seemed far too loud, maybe we are getting old. The manager in restaurant pushed in front at me at coffee machine, which i found very rude. Be nice to have kettle in room for a brew instead of random microwave

Ich weiß ehrlich gesagt garnicht wo ich anfangen soll. am 11. September habe eine Freundin und ich im Samos Hotel eingecheckt. Mein Aufenthalt im Samos Hotel Mallorca in Magaluf war eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Obwohl das Hotel mit vier Sternen bewertet ist, konnte es in mehreren Aspekten nicht überzeugen. Bereits bei der Ankunft an der Rezeption gab es Probleme. Die Rezeptionistin war offensichtlich unterbesetzt und unfreundlich. Sie vergaß, unsere Zimmerkarten zu aktivieren, und wir mussten nach unserer Ankunft im 6. Stock zurückkehren, um darum zu bitten, dass dies erledigt wurde. Ihre respektlose Haltung gegenüber uns war inakzeptabel. Am nächsten Tag bemerkten wir einen Mangel in unserem Zimmer, der so offensichtlich war, dass wir erwarteten, dass die Putzfrauen dies bereits gemeldet hätten. Unglaublicherweise wurden wir jedoch am 5. Tag nach unserer Ankunft zur Rezeption zitiert und mit einer Rechnung von 150 Euro für den angeblichen Schaden konfrontiert. Unsere Einwände wurden ignoriert, und wir fühlten uns wie Aussätzige behandelt. Die kulinarischen Erfahrungen im Hotel waren ebenfalls enttäuschend. Als Vegetarier fanden wir abends nur Beilagen zur Auswahl, und selbst während der angepriesenen Burger-Night gab es keine vegetarische Option. Darüber hinaus habe ich eine Mohnallergie, und dennoch waren im Frühstücksbuffet Leinsamen fälschlicherweise als Sesam und Chiasamen fälschlicherweise als Mohn gekennzeichnet. Dies ist inakzeptabel und gefährlich für Gäste mit Allergien. Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer funktionierte zwar, aber es gab ständig unangenehme Gerüche, die anscheinend auf einen defekten Filter zurückzuführen waren. zu guter Letzt wollte uns die Rezeption nicht weiterhelfen, als unser Transfer zum Flughafen über 1,5 (!) h verspätet war, zumal die Abwicklung über das Hotel verlief. Insgesamt bin ich schockiert von meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und würde sofort eine Rückerstattung meines Geldes verlangen. Die Servicequalität, die Behandlung der Gäste und die Qualität der Speisen und Getränke entsprechen nicht den Erwartungen an ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel.

This is the first Jet2 package holiday we have been on. Usually there is a few things you could point out that could be improved/changed, however this holiday from start to finish was flawless. We were really, pleasantly stunned at how smoothly everything went, the efficiency of flights, transfers and the hotel. The hotel was the best part of all, absolutely stunning, could not be any better or cleaner. All staff were attentive, took time to speak to guests, the manager took time to engage with guests all staff were hardworking , always around cleaning up, friendly, mannerly and always willing to help. The atmosphere and environment was very relaxing and just what we were looking for. The interior has been throughly and carefully designed, with everything you could need considered. This is the same for the exterior. Being an adults only hotel, it really was the ultimate chill VIBE. 😎 and not a bunch of 18-30s running around drunk like we feared. We are only early 30’s! but still not the scene we were looking for! All guests were respectable adults who were considerate to others and there to relax too. The food was a huge factor too, it could not be faulted, always delicious, freshly prepared not sitting out already cooked/mass produced. Breakfast lunch and dinner had so much variety including a daily specials board that always had fantastic new options, we were able to try a great range of things, including the cocktails, they were amazing too. The night barmen always made any requests seem easy. At the pool bar during the day there was also unique flavours and daily coffee iced frappes went down a treat too. Shout out to the pool barman who was really lovely, friendly and fab at his job! ( and making amazing mango daiquiris/ pina coladas!) 🧉 The room and balcony/view were lovely, we had room 515 and the view over the pool, beach and sea was just gorgeous to watch the sunset and sunrise. It’s a very big comfortable bed. Again always clean and not a spot of dirt or dust anywhere. Not even the odd ants that you might expect abroad! The room had a mini fridge, which was very handy, a safe and easy to use working air con, you could adjust the temperature and how high or low you wanted the blast which was helpful to be able to lower it for during the night. Fresh towels every day and fresh bedding when needed. The shower was really big and powerful too. The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to two amazing beaches, less than a 5 min walk to each. With lots of water activities. Surrounded by bars and restaurants. Also lots of street food places or take aways which were also above the standard for a usual kebab pit stop! There was supermarkets, and a large spar 30 seconds from the hotel, plentiful pharmacies, medical clinic, coffee shops/bakeries, just anything you can possibly need. For a hotel close to the nightlife at the *****, we didn’t hear much at all in the wee hours! Unless on the balcony. Even then it was not disturbing i

4 Sterne Hotel was die Sterne nicht verdient . Die Fahrt zum Hotel geht recht schnell. VORSICHT BEI DER ABHOLUNG IN DER FRÜH !!!! WIR HATTEN PROBLEME MIT BETRUNCKENEN . Der Herr aus der Rezeption hat sich dann Gott sei dank dazu gestellt. !Koffererservice gibt es nicht. Einchecken geht fix. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Gegen Kaution Handtücher die man jeden Tag wechseln kann .( Morgens eher schlecht oder erst ab 10 ) Sonne am Strand ab 9 uhr.Safe gegen Gebühr mit Schlüssel .Zimmer Nr steht drauf 😣Nach der Buchung um ein ruhiges Zimmer beim Hotel per E - Mail gebeten . Keine Antwort und auch kein ruhiges Zimmer bekommen. Das Hotel ist sauber.Jede Nacht bis in der früh um 5 Party lärm. 🤬Zimmer wechsel nur gegen Aufpreis.😣 Das Frühstück ist ok ( Gummi Brötchen keine Grosse Auswahl an Brot Toast ist ok ) Mittagessen meistens nur lauwarm oder kalt und geschmacklos die Suppen waren meistens heiß. Abendbrot die Reste vom Mittag und wie dasselbe nicht richtig heiß meist geschmacklos. Während Corona dürft ihr mittags und abends drei alkoholische Getränke im Speisesaal trinken. Das Mitnehmen auf das Zimmer oder in die Bar wird verboten. Bei All inclusive bekommt ihr morgens nach dem Frühstück erst ab 11 Uhr wieder was zu trinken es gibt dann auch kein Wasser. Wenn ihr draußen sitzt und esst oder trinkt dürft ihr nicht zu lange brauchen 10 Minuten bevor geschlossen wird müsst ihr draußen weg. Der Strand ist sehr schön allerdings nur über 30 Stufen einen Rundgang um den Pool und die Aufzugsfahrt zu erreichen. Wollt ihr nicht mit dem Aufzug fahren müsst ihr 40 Stufen rauf gehen. Eine Toilette erreicht ihr indem ihr 30 Stufen rauf geht und den Pool umrundet. Für Getränke müsst ihr ebenfalls 40 oder auch 30 Stufen hinaufgehen 1 € Pfand bezahlen dann könnt ihr wieder hinuntergehen. Uns wurde allerdings gesagt dass man am Strand keine Getränke verzehren darf. Bei Nachfrage an der Rezeption bestätigt sich das aber nicht. In den ersten 3 Tagen stand außerdem ein Schild mit dem Pfand für den Becher auf dem Tresen was dann verschwunden war. Auch die Becher für Kaffee waren verschwunden Wollt ihr an der Bar was trinken so müsste dies bar bezahlen oder mit Karte es wird nichts auf das Zimmer geschrieben. Im Hotel müsst ihr immer eine Maske tragen. Auf Abstand wird geachtet allerdings nicht beim Essen. Und es wird zwar ein Termin ausgegeben für den Zutritt zum Spa allerdings seid ihr in dem wirklich sehr kleinen Raum und der kleinen Sauna zu fünft unabhängig ob ihr zusammen auf ein Zimmer seid oder eine Familie 5 Fremde kann auch passieren.Für Raucher: Nichts; das rauchen ist nicht gestattet in der Bar auf der Terasse und am Pool. Tolle Lage zwischen 2 Stränden, saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal, super Kinderpoolanlage (Wasser war leider etwas frisch) und leckeres Essen mit großer Auswahl (auch ein Buffet für Kinder)! Wir sind begeistert! Das Abendessen wurde erst ab 19:00 Uhr angeboten, das war für unsere kleine Tochter leider zu spät. Die Zimmertüren könnten schalldichter sein, man hat das Abendprogramm bis ins Zimmer gehört, allerdings hat uns das nicht am Schlaf gestört. Die Geräuschkulisse war angenehm.

Wäre nicht zurückgefahren. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich grob. Die Zimmer sind praktisch und sauber, was alles, was wir brauchten. Aber das Personal hat das Hotel wirklich abgelassen. Zum Beispiel habe ich einen Sack von Schalen gekauft, den ich bemerkte, wo 2 Monate nach dem Datum, ich brachte das bis zum Barpersonal und bat mich, mein Paket mit einem anderen, der war in der Zeit, statt das anständige zu tun, die sie beschlossen, meinen Punkt zu behaupten und weigerte sich, mir ein neues Paket zu geben oder mir eine Erstattung zu geben. Die Mädchen-Lebensbeobachter war auch krank und brutal. Und die Zeit, die es dauert, um etwas an der Poolseite zu bekommen, ist ein Witz, der nicht ideal ist, da Sie nicht Ihre eigenen Getränke/Snacks mit Ihnen nehmen können. Ein weiteres Beispiel ist, wenn wir Papierkoppen aus der Bar gefordert haben, wie wir die leckten und riechen hatten, die Barmitarbeiter dies verweigerten und sagten, wir müssten einen anderen Drink kaufen, wenn wir eine Tasse wollten. Wir kauften auch 2 Thunfischbagauette aus der Bar und waren unerfreulich überrascht, als wir die Spitze des Bagauettes öffneten, um zu begreifen, dass es in der Hälfte keine Thunfisch gab (dies war in beiden Bagauette die gleiche). Wenn wir die Bar-Mitarbeiter um mehr gebeten haben, haben sie das gegrimmt und es nicht entschuldigt. Ich bin normalerweise nicht eine Karen und mag nicht klagen, aber wir dachten, die Mitarbeiter brauchen nur gedemütigt.
