Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön. Überall Katzen und auch andere Tiere wie kleine Schildkröten, laufen einem die ganze Zeit übern Weg:). Die Lage ist sehr schön, wie auch die Zimmer. Auch die Animation macht wirklich Spaß. An dieser Stelle einen großen Dank an Louisa, Sarah und Flo. Auch an den Manager Ibrahim einen großen Dank, der sich super um die Gäste kümmert. Alles in allem, würde ich jedem empfehlen auf jeden fall mal dort Urlaub zu machen.

Allgemein ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hervorzuheben ist besonders die Grünanlage die mit viel Engagement und Leidenschaft gepflegt wird. Weiters ist die Lage zum Strand sehr gut, welcher ebenfalls gut sauber gehalten wird. Nicht besonders lobenswert ist der komplette Service (inkl. Personal des Spa-Bereich, Gastronomie, Rezeption,….) - dort mangelte es erheblich an Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft, - noch konnte die Belegschaft nur bedingt bis gar kein Englisch. - Als Deutsch/- Österreichische Gäste fühlte man sich nicht willkommen. - Man wurde meist ignoriert, noch wertgeschätzt (Service, Rezeption, Animation,….) Lage & Umgebung Lage ca 20 min vom Flughafen Direkter Strandzugang Vorsicht: die Straße, bzw der Autolärm und auch Lärmbelästigung der Nachbarhotels waren zu hören! Zimmer Eher klein gehalten Es war dauernd eine Reparatur notwendig - wir musste innerhalb von 4 Tagen deswegen 3 mal zur Rezeption…. Diese waren eher schon genervt von uns sich um diese Angelegenheiten zu kümmern. Service Sehr sehr schlecht! Wir wurden kaum wahrgenommen, man wurde nicht begrüßt / noch verabschiedet. Man wurde sogar eher böse angesehen wenn man im Weg stand. Niemand konnte gut Englisch, deutsch war hier total Fehlanzeige Achtung: auch das Personal fängt öfters schon mal an - hinter der Bar alkoholische Getränke zu konsumieren. Bei uns waren auch ständig Leute von außerhalb im Hotel (Kongresse!!) - diese rauchten meist in mitten der Grünanlagen. - Man musste somit immer durch die Raucherzone gehen. Außerdem wurde wir auch Nachts - (unbekannt) am Telefon im Zi angerufen. Und der Zi-Service war eine Katastrophe- Nüsse wurden ständig gegessen, - es wurde jeden Tag weniger davon (standen in einer Schüssel im Zi) Noch wurden die Betten ziemlich durcheinander belassen. Unser Fazit: reine Geld und Zeitverschwendung. Man ist hier nicht willkommen.

Guten Abend. Meine Frau und ich waren bereits den 7. Tag im Urlaub. Und wir möchten besonders Ildan Hanim für ihre ständige Überwachung und Unterstützung während unseres Urlaubs danken. Sie bemerkt jede Kleinigkeit. Sie geht auf jeden Urlauber zu und fragt, wie sein Urlaub läuft. Ihr süßes Lächeln hebt Ihre Stimmung. Heute wollte beispielsweise eine Frau mit Kind unbedingt das Erwachsenenbad besuchen. Yildan Hanim hat ihr sehr professionell und in einer sehr ruhigen Art alles erklärt und die Frau ist sehr zufrieden ins Kinderbecken gegangen. Wenn ich nach Deutschland zurückkomme, werde ich auf Tripadvisor die ganze Wahrheit über das Hotel und seine Mitarbeiter schreiben.

Die Getränke sind sogar schlimm Nicht sehr hygienisches Ort, es gab nur einmal Personal im Hotel die restlichen waren extrem hart und würden sich an Sie lachen und machen unbehaglich für die Bestellung eines Getränks. Es gab auch viele schreckliche Hotelgäste in diesem Hotel. Die Menschen im Allgemeinen in der Gegend sind sehr unfreundlich. Wenn wir auf Ausflüge unsere Reiseleiter informiert uns, das ist das schlimmste Hotel in der Gegend.... Das Teppich wurde gefärbt und geräuchert schlecht, ich weiß wirklich nicht, wer das ist 5 Sterne . Sie informieren Sie nicht vor der Hand, dass die Spitzensaison keine Unterhaltung gibt, alle Geschäfte Haardresser und Restaurants im Hotel sind geschlossen The Spa was very nice but you have to pay extra. Die Lage ist auch sehr schlecht, um in die Stadt zu gehen, es dauert 40 Minuten, die Taxi kostet Ihr € 40-50 Euro EACH WAY Ein schreckliches Hotel und wird nicht wieder gehen oder empfehlen Sie das nicht mehr.
