Wir waren von diesem sogenannte vier Sterne Hotel sehr enttäuscht.
Ich würde dieses Hotel nur ein zwei Stern Hotel

where to get a beach in the middle of a city… so its a thumbs up… jst need improvement on cleanliness , they provide movie show through lcd projected near the beach… good experiences so far👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 my son love the beach👍🏻

It has beautiful scenery and greenery as it faces the lake. However, there are many empty bottles and rubbish at the hotel facing the lake. The grass in front of the villas are 1 feet long. There were more than 20 stray dogs at the parking space after 8 pm. My daughter and I had to run from the parking to the lobby because we were afraid of the dogs. I hope the hotel management could take some measures about the stray dogs.

the room was spacious but the air conditioner was definitely badly maintained. Mould could be seen and smelt. Breakfast was supposed to be buffet but it was made to order on the second day of my stay.
I took two boiled eggs but they were severely undercooked.
Extras we paid for breakfast was quite a waste of money.

The resort view are beautiful. But I think need to renovate and improve the facilities. The room furnitures are kinda old, basin and bathtub got stains. My kids quite sad coz the pool are closed
