Great location

I've stayed at the JW Marrriot Seoul several times due to the excellent location, amenities in the vicinity ans access to many good food and shopping. The service is always professional though less personal. This time9lround the guy at the reception - Michael, was cheerful and a good eye for detail. He noticed my birthday was on Sunday and wished me happy birthday in advance. Although I was checking out on Saturday, he offered complimentary small bottle of korean sparkling wine and some fruits. That was a nice gesture which he didn't have to. Thank you Michael for making this stay a little special.

Outstanding all staffs and appreciated

I would live there if I could. Beautiful hotel. I was in the king suite and had a wonderful view of the city, enjoyed the bathtub and huge bed. It was bliss. The staff were so wonderful and were multilingual which was great. Too hotel with top service! Thank you!

Everything good, link wt Sinsaegae department store

Facilities are great, located at Shinsegae shopping mall. Room had a nice city view and all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Location is not as good as Four Points Sheraton in terms of being more in the heart of Gangnam, but that's a 4 star hotel.

行政樓的房間很新的，也非常大。非常好。行政樓的下午茶也很好。內連的有個超級大的百貨公司，買好東西就可以直接放回去。也直接連地鐵。沒有更方便的了。

酒店地理位置好，交通方便，還🉐是國際品牌酒店，服務業熱情到位，游泳池 健身房設備都特別齊全，適合出差，家庭出遊。很方便

酒店服務十分好，前台的服務、迎賓都十分好，套房能直接看到漢江，由於有使用行政酒廊，入面的用饍質素都很好；酒店鄰近連接新世界百貨，亦地下和地鐵線直相連，不用外出再找尋入口，交通十分便利，會是整個首爾真的能反映國際化的一個地方，會期望再次使用～

吃的東西特別多， 衞生也特別好床特別大房間也很大，還有浴缸，景色也特別美。總之體驗特別好，服務也特別周到

服務好，衞生乾淨，有中文翻譯。早餐豐盛。

隣接してる商業施設があって、買い物もご飯も楽でした！お風呂が解放的なので、床が濡れやすいです。 あと歯ブラシは有料なので、家から持ってこないとです
