I booked through Trip.com agent and had a very bad experience with this hotel. There was construction next to the hotel that was so loud that I couldn't sleep. The construction started at 6:00 AM. The construction was not announced in advance. When I informed them that it was very loud and could be heard in the room, I had to ask for it several times before they would change the room for me. I couldn't sleep. The hotel changed the room I booked to a non-smoking room and it was a large room, but I got a smoking room. The room was still noisy, but less than the first room. I complained to the hotel and the hotel informed me that I could get a refund for 1 night and then informed me again that I couldn't get a refund and had to sleep more. I don't think the hotel would understand because I checked out before they let me sleep more. It was very bad service. There was nothing for breakfast, not suitable for a 4-star hotel.

Difficult to get uber. The choice of breakfast food is limited. But the room service is okay . No restaurant nearby.

Not recomended. You have to ask for everything like toothbrush and bath robe and the towels were old

Attending wedding party in Riyadh. Location was very convenient, clean. very good place if you are looking for quietness with good service with reasonable price. Breakfast was below my expectation but acceptable. I highly recommend this hotel.
