Das Hotel wurde 2018 tatsächlich eröffnet, und die Eröffnungsinformationen für 2019 auf der Website sind falsch. Die Gesamtdekoration und -ausstattung sind auf 3-Sterne-Niveau und der Komfort ist niedriger als der von Ganzjahreshotels. Im Duschraum war kein Platz für Duschflüssigkeit, es gab ein Problem mit dem Abfluss und das gesamte Badezimmer wurde nach jedem Waschen mit Wasser gefüllt. Das Hotel liegt im neuen Stadtteil, etwas abseits der Stadt, und es gibt weniger Frühstücksarten. Ich habe hauptsächlich irreführende Informationen von der Website von Ctrip erhalten, die nicht kostengünstig sind.

Großer Service aber klassisches Zimmer ist so alt. Besonders Dusche Kopf ist zu alt, um eine Dusche zu nehmen. Jedes Personal ist jedoch sehr freundlich und beträchtlich.

Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind sehr gut, aber ein bisschen weit! Das Hotel ist neu, aber es ist sehr unkomfortabel zu essen. Ich glaube, es ist nicht zu essen. Wenn es ein Restaurant im Hotel gibt, ist es sehr gut, außer zum Essen, das Hotel insgesamt ist sehr gut

Es war ein guter Aufenthalt, das Zimmer ist sauber mit zwei großen Fenstern, das Hotel hat einen 24/7 Cafe. Das Frühstück ist wirklich gut.

AAnonymer BenutzerThe hotel is rather far from the city center which makes it hard to access places. The hotel interior is grand, palatial, and very impressive. The rooms are in need of a refresh as they feel a bit dated. For us, the biggest plus was the interior pool but we felt the actual spa facilities are tired and not very luxurious, they are in need of a refurbishment and upgrade. Overall all a good stay.

MMariaCWe had a very comfortable stay at this hotel.
We do speak a bit of mandarin which made things easier yet the couple who owns this place speak some English. They were very kind and helpful and picked us up from the other hotel we we’re staying at (I usually like to experience different hotels in a place to give us a richer experience of the place we are visiting. The other hotel was also 4 times the price).
The couple has 3 home stays in total and they took us to the 3 of them so we could decide which one we wanted to stay at. We decided to stay at the one in the Kingdom center area, I think it was a great choice as the closing is great.
This b&b is great for the price. The room price was better booking through English app Trip I have than the Chinese Ctrip the owner checked from her phone. I use Trip for everything btw. It is so easy to use.
The wife who is the host offered us fruit, milk and water upon arrival and let us stay in the living room relaxing and chatting to them until we were ready to go to our rooms. The place has a friendly feeling to it as other guests and friends (all Chinese) gathered in the living room to chat. There is a lovely and playful cat with which my son was playing.
They accommodated to our eating times unlike other hotels where breakfast closes at 10:30am. They have a chef who is very friendly and cooks nice home made meals daily.
The room we had was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The one we stayed is a big house with a few rooms, we had a room with 2 single beds.
They offer shampoo and body gel in the showers. Other toiletries were not in the bathroom but I think they might have been upon request (I am guessing as the wife was super helpful and attentive) and if not, you could buy them in the shops nearby. We brought our own.
There is a maid who helps clean daily. I honestly think she could do a better job as the floor was quite dusty, the sink had some toothbrushing stains, the bathroom run out of tissue paper quickly so I had to get one from another room, and I had to ask the owner for towels which she quickly asked the maid to get us and she did so quickly. I also saw the owner (wife) was very much on top of things and asking the maid her to check things daily, put tissue on the table, etc so I think the maid just lacked some proactivity but I could see that the owner really tried to make it clean and comfortable.
I also liked how other empty rooms were open so I could see them and get tissue paper there, it felt like we were trusted. I had a key to our room and the main door during our stay.
There is a washing machine the owner said we could use so I am sure we could have asked for our clothes to get washed. We didn’t as we only stayed 1 night as we stayed with friends the rest of our stay.

JJINGMon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été attentif, offrant un service personnalisé et me faisant me sentir chaleureusement accueilli. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec élégance et dotée de grandes fenêtres offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, garantissant une nuit de sommeil reposante. Les options de restauration étaient fantastiques, avec une variété de cuisines internationales et locales. Le petit-déjeuner a été un véritable point fort, avec des options fraîches et délicieuses pour tous les goûts. Les équipements de l’hôtel étaient de haute qualité, y compris une salle de fitness bien équipée et un spa relaxant. L’emplacement était également parfait, avec des attractions à proximité. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une expérience inoubliable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux.

GGastnutzerJust excellent service through and through. I would love to go back to Riyadh and I wouldn’t hesitate booking again. The hotel staff were so accommodating and helpful. The restaurant manager and team gave excellent service and took a lot of pride in the quality of their cuisine, and rightly so because each day was so tasty and healthy and nutritious- and able to satisfy my sweet tooth! The gym has enough for a proper workout and the swimming pool and sauna is a real bonus!

AArturNot a first time stay in this hotel. Previous stay was good. But the last stay was horrible. The hotel is under maintenance and there is no any information about it when you book the hotel. I came for check in at 10pm and receptionist informed me that it might be noise up to midnight due to maintenance. Why they don’t inform when you book the hotel. Guests should know this «peculiarity» before arrival in advance, not after.
I can accept that it might need to do maintenance. But why at night?! they were using heavy equipment for hummer drilling, hummering etc. even after complain to receptionist they continuously were hummering up to 12:30 am. It was horrible.
I supposed to take a rest after 6 hours driving, but due to this noise I could even sleep after midnight…
I’m fully disappointed with service and care of guest..
Even now after 2 days of my stay there is no any notification that the hotel is under maintenance. It is not fair for guest who is searching for rest..
And one more additional info. Next to the hotel building the new building civil works is ongoing and they also work with heavy duty equipment till midnight.
If you search the place for rest better to look for the alternative one.

Der einzige Punkt, dass das Hotel die Parkbarriere zu reparieren, es funktioniert nicht mit der Karte, daher müssen Sie einige Minuten warten, bis die Bekanntmachung durch die CCTV Kamera.

EErtiaohuleWegen des falschen Zimmertyps, lassen Sie Trip.com, sobald Sie abgeschlossen sind, helfen, den Zimmertyp zu wechseln und sicherzustellen, dass es ausgetauscht wurde, das Ergebnis ist noch nicht auf der Rezeption gewechselt und schließlich das Bett zu lösen.
Das Wifi ist langsam und nicht sehr stabil.
Da es viele Häuser gibt, ist es viel weniger scharf.

BBenediktSehr gute Lage in der Olaya Street! Die Zimmer müssten renoviert werden und die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgte nicht jeden Tag, obwohl wir darum gebeten hatten. Außerdem hatten wir nur ein großes Handtuch, aber wir waren zu zweit in einem Doppelzimmer.
