Ich würde nicht wieder hier übernachten, das Zimmer war schlecht und der Versuch, uns wie angekündigt vom Flughafen abholen zu lassen, scheiterte, da die Englischkenntnisse beim Entgegennehmen von Anrufen nicht ausreichten

Gute Lage, ein toller Ort zum Ausruhen auf einem Transitflug. Aber alles ist zu alt. Nicht sauber. Danke schön!

Was waiting the picture more than an hour, arrived at hotel was around 3.10 am.. And at 6.30 shall back to airport for the next flight. Waiting in airport until no body there. The hotel gave me the car number, and I saw the car passed by, but he didn't stop and also didn't call me. What an experience! Arrived to the hotel then they arranged another hotel near by, he said better quality.. But found out room smell dust. Really dissapointed. Thank God in the morning they were on time send me to airport.

No lift , but service very good , they help me carry the big luggage to level 2 , reception very good service and helpful . Overall for few hour transit stay not bad .

Excellent service. They picked me up at airport promptly after outstanding communication through wechat. The location is excellent on front of Vienna Hotel and two minutes walk to the subway station. The room was basic but you cant expect more with this low rate. Outstanding value for money. I recommend

If you're looking for a convenient place to stay right after a long flight then this is definitely the place:free shuttle from the airport to hotel, great service all around with plenty of convenient stores and restaurants everywhere. The city center is not too far away by metro. Highly recommend 👌

Great location if you are in transit and stay nearby the Shenzhen airport. It's only about 10min drive by car. The hotel staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and you have all you need. They don't have an elevator, but you can keep the staff can keep your luggage in a room at the entrance of the hotel. Around the hot it is lively and there are a lot of restaurants and activities. It's great value short stay travel hotel.

Location and airport pickup service is ok but room is not good
