Stayed for 4 nights, the hotel Manager and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Enjoy my stay at Hotel the Grang. Information was given very well, the hotel room was cozy and nice. Really recommend it if you are planning to come to Jeju, the hotel Manager and staff always greeted us once we came in and asked us about our day

Grand hotel lobby with a big sitting area. Jay and Bruce are always around to help us to valet the car and help us with any questions we may have. Rooms are very clean and most importantly beds and pillows are really very comfortable for a good night’s rest! Breakfast is fine for the price, to get your day started! Clean washers and dryers are also available for guests use for a small fee.

The hotel owner, Mr. Jay is handsome and welcoming our arrival.
Waited us to check in late night. Room is clean and bright.
Even gave us free umbrella during rainy days.

The hotel was clean and new with really friendly and polite staff. If you have a rental car, there is free valet parking. Additionally, they provide free water during our stay. Overall, it was enjoyable stay, really recommend.

The overall hygiene condition and the comfort of the room is good.
The reception staff force us to give them the car key all the time despite we have expressed we are not willing to give. The staff all the time check our time for leaving and coming back time and we felt being monitored.
Furthermore, the staff were suspected to take revenge on us by parking a car in front of our car and block us on purpose next morning and there were still plenty of parking space vacant at that moment. The staff pointed out that thats the reason you have to give us car key in a disrespectful manner and we felt being threatened and we were forced to park our vehicle to other places to avoid their revenge. It is totally unacceptable for the service.

I had a pleasant stay! The manager was very attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout the stay. To our surprise, we were offered a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which was a delightful touch. While the room was fairly comfortable, what stood out was its cleanliness.
Location-wise, it’s close to several eateries which was convenient for meals. Overall, a good experience. Would definitely recommend.
