Hausaufbewahrung ist auf die Umwandlung von Handtüchern und die Abholung von Müll beschränkt. Ich gab dieses Hotel nicht 5 Sterne, da sie keine Geschenke oder ein Geschenk-Shop haben. Das Willow Restaurant im Hotel ist nur zum Abendessen geöffnet. Sie haben keine Frühstücks- oder Mittagessenoptionen. Wir gingen nach Safeway, um auf Frühstückslieferungen zu lagern. Kaufen Sie Snacks und Getränke für Ihren Aufenthalt im Hotel. Insgesamt genossen wir unseren Aufenthalt.

Ich blieb vor kurzem in Arabella. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Corey prüfte uns in & half uns bei der Buchung unseres Aufenthalts. Hayley begrüßte uns mit einem warmen Willkommen & machte uns zu Hause fühlen. Patrica machte das beste Wurzelöl float & war so wissensfähig in der Gegend. Sie war so nett und machte unsere Erfahrung jeden Penny wert. Am nächsten Tag während der Auscheckung war ich aus meinem Zimmer verschlossen. Wartung trug mit Lächeln auf dem Gesicht. David & Eddie half uns ins Zimmer, so dass wir unsere Hunde rausholen konnten. Wir werden sicher bald wieder bleiben. Danke Arabella für eine wunderbare Zeit. Sie sind alle ein Rockstar-Team!

Wir suchten einen Ort mit Wow Faktor-Aussichten und dieser Ort nagelt es. Sie müssen einen Rim-Aussichtsraum erhalten, wenn Sie hier bleiben. Äh, wunderschöne Aussichten! Ein besonderer Dank an Hannah für die Erbringung einer ausgezeichneten Fahrt, um uns sicher ab und zurück von der Stadt. Es gibt eine tolle Wanderung in der Nähe und die Mesa Grill nach unten ist auch für Frühstück jung!

This Inn was such a pleasant surprise! I planned our Sedona trip later than I usually put plans together, so the room type I asked for was not available when I made the reservation. At check-in, the Manager upgraded our room & we were so comfortable there! Recently renovated, comfortable beds, lovely room, detailed comfort, you could tell someone really thought through all the appointments. It even had a TV channel guide and every room door was screened from the parking lot by its own front porch and also had a cushioned love seat to enjoy the beautiful Sedona Red Rock view. The air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave and mini coffee maker worked great. One of the best things about the Inn was being just next door to the gorgeous Tlaquepaque market.

I booked on Expedia based on the good reviews and when I got there, went into the office and found out that there was no one working at the motel. I had to wait to get a code to check in via email. Waited, waited, went shopping, and finally made a few phone calls and finally got the code. Went back to the motel and checked out the room. It was marginally clean, killed a few bugs but was going to stay anyway. We went out to dinner (location was the only plus about this motel). When we got back from dinner, we could not lock our door. I tried again and again, and could not get it to lock. In addition to the electronic lock not working, there was no lock inside the door as every motel/hotel I've ever stayed in has as a security measure so that a hotel/motel employee would not barge in on you at any moment. As I am a single mom, with 2 daughters, I felt extremely unsafe. This motel is on ground level, and anyone could have come in at any moment. we called the number for the ”virtual front desk” and I was speaking with a woman who said she was in California so she wasn't even sure if she could get someone from maintenance to check out the lock for us. I told her I felt unsafe and asked if we could get a refund and leave. She was actually very pleasant and said that would be okay. She even offered to help me find an other place to stay, and I said I would book something else on Expedia. We took our belongings and left. We had not touched the beds or anything. We did wash our hands in the bathroom, so probably used a hand towel or two. The next morning I received an email saying that they were charging me for the stay because they were able to lock the door. I was not imagining that I could not lock the door!! It was a huge inconvenience to have to leave and get a new room.
