Overall a very comfortable stay. Nice and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. Only issue would be lack of cell phone sevice within the guest room.

The staff is super nice and the lobby is beautiful. The rooms are clean but a bit dated. The walls in the rooms are very thin so you can hear everything your neighbor is saying.

Overall, it was a good place to stay. It was in the city, near everything. We opted out of having our room cleaned daily but when asked to get fresh towels and a microwave, we were assisted right away and promptly. The staff was courteous and kind. Thank you Poco Diablo staff!

Great location. The outside property and restaurant are great! The rooms are older and falling apart a little. But great location and views.

The temperature in the room was 63° when we arrived. The heater did not work properly and never got to 70° after 4 hours of running, which is what I set it to. The fan continued to run non-stop. The TV was inoperable in one of the rooms and both rooms the tub drain was set for using the tub and not the shower. The rooms were very dark and old. It seems like they haven't upgraded anything in years. We have rented better rooms at other hotels for half the price. Considering the location and the fact they have an excellent restaurant, one would have expected at least a 3 star experience. I would rate the room a 1 star and that is being very generous. Ill make sure to inform my network of the experience and recommend to avoid this hotel and restaurant at all costs.

We were there for 3 nights, no housekeeping just towels were changed.
Not a fan of coming back to unmade beds while staying at a hotel.
Old property only lobby looks nice.

We’ve stayed here multiple times, love that it’s just outside the chaos of the city but close enough for shopping and dinner. Their beds are incredibly comfortable too

We had a medical issue and had to leave a day earlier. The management were very understanding and refunded our one night stay. We are very appreciative.

I thought I'd take my wife for a holiday away from the reality of knee replacement surgery. A room with a mountain view and fireplace would do the trick. No mountain view and a fireplace that did not work. Never again.
