Front desk staff esp Ladie helped us navigate Portuguese SIM card option’s beyond the call of duty. She was adorable Breakfast needed better coffee and real orange juice but it was ok

The hotel was renovated, and there was a very pretty tile. It was in very good shape. Although the room is a little small, it was fine for my husband and myself we would stay there again if we ever are in Coimbra.

We booked a 3 person room and was given a 2 max room. They have no 3 person rooms. They offered us a second room but i did not like splitting up the family. ********** should know if a hotel can accommodate 3 people in a room before confirming the reservation.

Great location, parking, clean.

Good points Hotel is clean and nicely decorated. Good location about 15 mins walk to main restaurant/historical part, but there are some places for food closer. On paper the facilities look great, saunas, indoor pool, gym, etc. Bar for drinks cocktails etc Bad points There wasn't even water in the room, just 2 x glasses. When we enquired we were told we had to fetch some from the mini market? This was after a 4 hour journey in the heat. Unforgivable for not even having the basic necessities. Also when we asked for coffee we were told the same there are no facilities to make a drink in the room or get one at the hotel except at breakfast. The facilities were also very disappointing, the steam room out of service, the sauna also wasn't working and the pool was too cold for us to swim in without it being comfortable. It's a shame this hotel has let the facilities degrade as it could be a really nice place with a lot to offer. But unfortunately for us, not even having water available along with or the facility to buy a coffee or something from the hotel is unacceptable so we could not recommend

Arrivée un peu mouvementée, l'hôtel est très peu visible. Heureusement qu'un parking est à disposition. Très bon accueil par la réceptionniste. Les chambres sont à l'ancienne mais confortable. (Petit) déjeuner très faible pour le choix des pains et viennoiseries, par contre un très bel assortiment de fruits.

Fantástica localização , da para ir a pé a universidade para visitar a Biblioteca Joanina e a capela de São Miguel a curta caminhada , por estar mais próximo não há muito morro a subir . Tem estacionamento , não necessita reserva , é gratuito , há elevador a partir da garagem . Quarto confortável , silencioso ,café da manhã de acordo , com boas opções . Os funcionários são destaque , atenciosos e atentos a dificuldade . Tivemos um problema na chegada que a princípio nao havia sido localizado a reserva , mas depois foi localizado . Porém nesse período de checagem agradecemos as funcionárias que nos atenderam no horário da chegada , em especial a Magda que foi proativa em resolver a dificuldade e ter o quarto a nossa disposição juntamente com a garagem .

Hotel fantástico, único na sua localização. Pequeno almoço muito bem servido. SPA fantástico para passar um momento descontraído. Aproveitem Coimbra e a localização deste hotel. Staff muito competente e simpático, sempre disposto a ajudar.
