Very disappointed.Very dirty place.Price is not acceptable for such a bad quality hotel.

Hotel was very unmaintained. The first room that I was assigned had torn carpeting ,disrepair in the shower. in addition, wet carpeting alongside the bed closest to the bathroom. also, the staff was gracious on reassigning a different room the next day.

We stayed there for 6 days. The carpet was stained and dirty when we entered the room. The room was not cleaned during our entire stay. We killed two cockroaches during our stay. It would be very inconvenient to change hotels, so we stayed for our reserved time. The location of this Baymont Hotel was perfect for our purpose of being in Florida.

Please avoid at all, room dirty, no bed linens, no pillows at arriving, cigarettes inside unit and dirty and used bathroom, there is no one to prepare room. They give us staff to do it by ourselves. No refund and no other room available. They promise to do cleaning day after. Nobody shows up. We left hotel and still don’t refund

Cockroaches were running around, carpet worn out, electrics catastrophic, microwave broken, the pool for 2 years the heating defective, Icecrasher in the 2nd floor broken.....

The hotel receptionist was very nice and helpful. She gave me another room when I informed her of the heavy urine smell. I know sometimes tenants do nastiness but don't punish the next for it by not making sure it's clean, no late check out kindness there they make you pay 20 bucks

Housekeeping could be better. Floors were not vacuumed well and had stains. Shower wasn’t cleaned very well and shower curtain was dirty and stained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient location and easy to get in and out of.

We booked this hotel as our family was staying at this hotel. Hotel is older with lots of needed repairs. The first room they gave us smelled of musty cigarettes and hit you as soon as you walked in the door. The second room was not as bad for the smell, but needed some major repairs: door latch was broke(but did have a dead bolt) carpet was fraying at the door, had some water issues at some point as there was water damage on the ceiling. Elevator needed some major upkeep in the floor. The front office smelled as soon as you opened the door.

I’ll start off by saying that the clerk that was there at the time of my check in was rude, she did not greet us, and as I began to ask about checking in, she immediately cut me off by saying No! There was too many people walking up and down the stairs and hall way talking so loud and making dogs noises, not sure if they were guests here or no, Then we only received fresh clean towels one day and absolutely no house cleaning at all, Not really happy with my stay here, and so much money paid to stay here, and it wasn’t even worth it!

Good parking. Easy access

Location very convenient. But the facilities were run down. There was repair going on, so perhaps they were improving it. The staff was very cooperative, any upgraded our room the first room had an u pleasant odor.
