In der Vergangenheit hatte ich nicht die beste Erfahrung in Wyndham Hotels. Allerdings war Wyndham Garden Sapporo Odori INCRELL. Das Hotel war super sauber, das Frühstück hatte eine kleine Auswahl an Lebensmitteln (aber lecker trotzdem), und der Service war unglaublich. Dienst: Takuichi Sugiyama ging oben und darüber hinaus, um uns zu dienen, und ich habe wirklich nicht jemanden getroffen, der so hart arbeitet und in seiner Arbeit so lange stolz ist. Er war super freundlich, immer glücklich, zu helfen, wann immer wir etwas brauchten, und Sie könnten ihm sagen, er wusste alles über das Hotel und Sapporo im Allgemeinen er half uns sogar, unser Gepäck an den Flughafen und an unsere anderen Hotels zu schicken, indem er alle Papierarbeit machte für uns. Kawaguchi Kiyohara war auch sehr freundlich und hilfreich, wo immer sie konnte! Ich glaube nicht, dass ich um einen besseren Service bitten könnte. Attraktionen: Das Hotel ist in einem tollen Ort! Es ist nur einen Block von Tanukikoji Shopping Street 1-2 und es ist super einfach, mit dem Zug und den Zügen ziemlich nah zu kommen. Reinigung und Dekoration: Ich liebte, wie alles neu war, und ich liebte die dunkle Estetik (es machte die Zimmer sich küsser groß in meinem Fall, da wir im Winter verblieben). Das Zimmer war ein bisschen kleiner als ich gewöhnt habe, aber wieder, ich liebte es, wie gemütlich es war, und es gab noch genug Platz für mich. Eine kleine Sache, die ich bemerkte, war der schüttende Geruch von Zigaretten im Lobby, als Sie zu den Aufzügen gingen. Bis später wurde mir klar, dass am Ende des Badezimmers ein Rauchraum war. Ich verachte den Geruch von Zigaretten wirklich, und es störte mich, wann immer ich nachts wieder zum Hotel zurückkehrte vielleicht, etwas könnte darum getan werden? Das war das einzige, was ich nicht gefallen hatte; alles andere habe ich keine Beschwerden. Ich würde hier wieder 100% bleiben.

We stayed in nine hotels during our six week Winter visit to Japan; this hotel was the third most stylish but the second most uncomfortable. The corner double room has the right look with a little tea room next to a floor to ceiling window. We had a partial view of the Botanical Gardens which was pretty. The room was uncomfortable for the following reasons: 1. No storage. The room fit out is super minimal but if you have luggage there's nowhere to put it and no hanging space. 2. The designer was going for a zen low lighting experience but the room was so dark we couldn't see anything. There is one dim lamp next to the bed and another low light overhead light. It was so dark we had to borrow desk lamps to be able to see into our suitcases. Maybe the designer was trying to create a moody atmosphere but we found it dreary and depressing. 3. The thermostat has no fine controls - the room was either way too hot or very cold. We chose to turn the heat off and borrow extra blankets and wear extra layers. We chose the corner double room which despite being one of the larger rooms, felt too cramped for a four day stay. The onsen was stylish and cool. The outdoor onsen was set in cute snowscape. Having an onsen with snow around you felt very luxe. Unfortunately this hotel attracts a certain young, nouveau riche clientele who take selfies endlessly in this Instagram ready hotel. There were men taking photos of themselves in the onsen on two occasions; I felt like my privacy had been violated as I was in the same bath. It upset me they didn't respect me enough to abstain from taking video footage. Did they do that just because my partner and I were clearly not Japanese? We enjoyed the authentic breakfast, although I feel like having it once probably would have been enough. The location of the hotel was a bit of a dead zone, unless you love walking there are probably more central locations. If you can't speak Japanese the staff are just OK. I was overcharged and managed to get a refund even despite the language barrier. I would not stay at this hotel again but I did enjoy certain aspects of my stay.

Wenn ich mich um eine Sache kümmere, wäre es eine Gruppe von Studenten, die sich an den Arbeits- und Sportclubs beteiligen, aber ich kann in einem Schlafzimmer oder einem Sauna-Zimmer laut sprechen oder nach dem Sauna-Zimmer kein Wasser pumpen. In der Kühlzeit habe ich einige verrückte Leute gesehen, wie sie auf dem Korridor lauten. Ich glaube, es ist kein Hotelproblem, sondern ein Gastproblem, aber unter der Voraussetzung einiger verrückter Leute werden Sie bei der Behandlung der Aufenthaltsverfahren besonders auf Gruppengäste achten. Sehr saubere Betten und ziemlich großes Zimmer mit Spaziergang. Doch die Dusche ist ziemlich klein. Das Hotel Frühstücksausbreitung war sehr schlau mit viel Sorten und es bietet sogar komplimentarische ”Vitagen”, Eiscreme und Ramen zu verschiedenen Zeiten! Der Ort ist nahe Xolaru 6 und 7 mit vielen Essen, Drogengeschäften und sogar Don Donki. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt sehr.

I recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

Great place! Excellent breakfast! Good service! The hotel is short walk from nakajima koen station, we selected this hotel so we can still see cherry blossoms and it was worth it. The hotel itself is a bit old but still very clean and in good condition. Breakfast includes different varieties of japanese and french pastries. Staffs are very accommodating and courteous. If you have the budget must try 21club wagyu steak.

Check in is easy and fuss free done by machine . Room is huge and clean . Hotel at a great location just opposite Sapporo station. There is an underground link from Sapporo station to the hotel with a lot shopping at the underground walkway. There is also bus that can travel directly from the hotel to New Chitose airport . Super convenient if you have a lot of luggages and with young kids. No need to drag your luggage to Sapporo station to squeeze the train with the crowd . Just board the bus and pay upon arrival at airport , fuss free and easy ! The hotel allow you to store your luggage if you are travelling out for 1-2 days to other places .Highly recommend.

Cancel the other hotel to continue stay for total of 4 days. Due to lazy to move from each hotel to each hotel under the snow period. But regret it. Because I don’t feel welcome by the staffs at all. They not willing to go for extra mile to assist on storage luggage. Not willing to have more customers service with guests. Don’t think will return to this hotel again. There are more choice surrounding this area. Weak point is; room have to sound proof. Wear earpiece as the top room/ corridor can be very noisy/ staffs not friendly

5 Minuten zu Fuß vom JR-Station, es ist sehr bequem für Reisende, die JR während der Reise nehmen möchten. Zimmer sparken sauber, betrachten geräumig für 2 Erwachsene 1 Kind. In der Nähe mit vielen bequemen Geschäften und leckeren Suppe Curry mit Spazierweiterung. Wir nehmen vor allem wegen des Winterwetters Taxis nach Suskino.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Emion! The hotel is new, modern and very clean with some nice amenities. Our room was great and it was very comfy and quiet. There were lots of extras in the rooms like a kettle and mini fridge, a TV with casting abilities, pyjamas and all kinds of hygiene products. We had a very good night's rest here. The bathroom for the room had nice bathroom products with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The shower pressure was great and it was easy to control the temperature. A highlight of visiting Japan is always using the Japanese toilets and they had a nice new model that even had a sanitation feature. The hotel has some good amenities like the onsen and baths on the second floor. Again, very clean and some good high temperature pools to soak in as well as a sauna and cold bath. The nice bathroom products from our room were also available in the baths area. The onsen has a nice change room and the ladies have a separate spa card to access their change area. The hotel lobby was very comfy and cozy with direct access to a 7-11 by the front desk. The second floor also had quite a few vending machines and laundry machines available. The laundry machine washed and dried our clothes for 600 yen in 2 hours and had self feeding laundry detergent which was a nice touch. The location is pretty good and we found we were within a 20-30 minute walk to most of the places we visited while in Sapporo. The hotel even has access to Sapporo Train and metro station via entrance 15 and you can stay indoors the whole way if you follow the corridors and pedways all the way. It just opened but we wish the sidewalks in front could be cleared a bit better because it was pretty slippery and icy during our stay. We'd also recommend having a change machine and more laundry machines because it was very popular. I waited in the area for a machine to be available and two people showed up right when my laundry was done at 12:40 am. The laundry machines do require you to put in a code before you start and after you finish to make sure no one else unloads for you.
