Loved the cosy room! Breakfast was great and there’s a Lawson nearby. The shopping area was within 5/10 mins walking distance as well.

Very clean hotel and staff are helpful. Location is convenient as well. On site parking available as we rented a car.

I’ve always enjoyed staying at Vessel Hotels and this was a great stay too! The room was clean and I got a free upgrade! There were plenty of amenities but you have to get it yourself at the lobby. It was convenient too - right in the heart of susukino.

The hotel default not provide room cleaning unless requested by 10am. No heat pack provided and welcome drink always packed. Location is good and won't come here anymore.

Pleasant stay 7-11 & Lawson just across the road, very convenient. Onsen is good.

Great location walking distance to Susukino station, and 3 mins walk to the nearest Shiseikanshogakko-Mae Sapporo Shoden stop. Room was a good size, and I enjoyed the public bath very much. Their breakfast buffet was a free flow buffet where you can diy your own kaisen-don.

I am totally impressed by the hotel. Spacious for a family of 4. Clean n new. Location is abt 10min from station but still ok. Convenience stores n restaurants all ard. Staff are all polite n helpful. Super thanks to the cleaning ladies at level 12. They are wonderful. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. The buffet is super worth it too!

Value for money ! Hotel breakfast buffet comes with snow crab and fresh seafood. Drinks is available from 3pm to 11am. One of the best hotel if u keen to try out hokkaido seafood but not wanting to spend much for its.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Breakfast amazing Location great, easy to get around. Staff super nice. My room was upgraded. I believe his name was Yamato, but forgive me if I'm wrong spelling. Very nice staff, explained everythg very clearly. And smiled. Very warm and friendly really appreciated it. Only complaint is the bed is hard as the floor. Got no sleep and was exhausted my entire trip. But other then that the hotel was wonderful. So clean so nice. Smoking room on every floor. Drinks in the afternoon to night. Amazing breakfast. I will be back again despite the bed😂

The hotel is at a quite convenient location. Really like that they have trolleys for heavy luggage & love their onsen! Rooms weren’t big, but it felt cozy. Would recommend

a short walk from susukino station but the place was super convenient with 2 lawsons within walking distance. room was lovely and public bath was spacious enough

Very new hotel, clean and big size room. Best choice of breakfast with very good price. Worth the stay and cost.

Excellent breakfast and sento. The room is tidy and in good management. Really recommend!
