The hotel has an excellent location, being near a shopping street and a mall. The buffet breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of choices. The train station at Susukino is conveniently accessible, just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. However, while the room size was satisfactory, the carpet was a bit old and dirty.

We had a pleasant stay and the breakfast was good, especially the soft serve. We are vegetarians and there were fewer options for us.

Location is great but the hotel is relatively old. So are the room facilities. It would be better if the receptionists could be more cheerful and helpful.

Hotel was located near susukino station around 5 minutes walk. Very convenient if youre taking tours as this is the meeting point. Breakfast was great very good selection for their buffet, clean and organized. Rooms were relative spacious. Airport bus stop walking distance from the hotel. Would love to stay here again next time.

Exceptional level of hospitality with highly ranked services and food. Please opt for their wholesome, delicious, healthy, and most importantly diverse range of cuisine breakfast. Amenities were one of their highlighted feature, especially a wide collection of tea bags.
