Hotellage und Personal sind sehr gut. Aber als älteres Gebäude war das Zimmer nicht sehr sauber. Passable, aber nicht nach dem Standard der meisten japanischen Hotels. Das Essen ist auch OK, nicht großartig.

Die Lage ist in dieser Zeitsaison strategisch, weil es so hart sein wird, durch die kalte Schneezugsgepäck zu gehen zu allen anderen Hotels umgeben. So ist Nikko die beste Wahl. Die Einrichtungen sind fantastisch und sehr schön auch, sie bieten super handliche Tasche Größe Sanitär, Hautpflege-Set für Winter trockenes Wetter, Badesalze und MIKIMOTO Körperlotion ist so gut für trockene Haut, absolut lieben es. Besichtigung vom 33. Stock ist nur erstaunlich, sei es gut oder schlechtes Wetter, die Blick auf die atemberaubenden Schneeberge ist nur über zufriedenstellend. Ich habe versucht, eine lokale Tour mit dem Service Desk buchen, aber sie sind nicht hilfreich. Es wird perfekt sein, wenn das Personal mit internationalen Touristen professioneller sein könnte.

Ich blieb also in diesem Hotel, und es war ziemlich komfortabel, ich würde es 4 von 5 geben, aber die Kissen waren zu klein und weich, Mann. Ich konnte nicht mal eine gute Nacht schlafen. Und die Sauberkeit war ok, aber das Teppich im Zimmer und die Hallen waren super Staub. Es war wie ich durch einen Sandstorm oder so was laufen. Die Lage und der Service waren ok, aber nichts Besonderes. Sie gingen nicht wirklich oben und weiter oder was.

Great location and near train station and several shops and restaurants. Modern and nice hotel. Has a restaurant at the 2nd floor where check-in area is also located. Check in and check out were fast. Hotel staffs were generally friendly and accommodating. Left my jacket in the room and came back for it and got it. Downside: No daily cleaning of room but you can request for supplies like water and toiletries and new towels. We also requested for a late check-out but staff on duty was not very friendly and turned down my request even after explaining my side (we woke up late) and despite staying and paying for 5 days. It’s good someone who looks more senior staff heard me and allowed us to check-out 30 min later than usual check-out of 11am. Thank you The Knot Sapporo!

Schöne Lage, die nicht weit vom Bahnhof Odori entfernt ist. Aber es war eine Schande, es gibt keinen Sinn im Hotel. Die Rezeption war schön. Das Badezimmer im Zimmer war im Vergleich zum anderen Hotel, das ich bei Hokkaido geblieben habe, geräumig. 😂

We had a great stay at the Hotel Emion! The hotel is new, modern and very clean with some nice amenities. Our room was great and it was very comfy and quiet. There were lots of extras in the rooms like a kettle and mini fridge, a TV with casting abilities, pyjamas and all kinds of hygiene products. We had a very good night's rest here. The bathroom for the room had nice bathroom products with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The shower pressure was great and it was easy to control the temperature. A highlight of visiting Japan is always using the Japanese toilets and they had a nice new model that even had a sanitation feature. The hotel has some good amenities like the onsen and baths on the second floor. Again, very clean and some good high temperature pools to soak in as well as a sauna and cold bath. The nice bathroom products from our room were also available in the baths area. The onsen has a nice change room and the ladies have a separate spa card to access their change area. The hotel lobby was very comfy and cozy with direct access to a 7-11 by the front desk. The second floor also had quite a few vending machines and laundry machines available. The laundry machine washed and dried our clothes for 600 yen in 2 hours and had self feeding laundry detergent which was a nice touch. The location is pretty good and we found we were within a 20-30 minute walk to most of the places we visited while in Sapporo. The hotel even has access to Sapporo Train and metro station via entrance 15 and you can stay indoors the whole way if you follow the corridors and pedways all the way. It just opened but we wish the sidewalks in front could be cleared a bit better because it was pretty slippery and icy during our stay. We'd also recommend having a change machine and more laundry machines because it was very popular. I waited in the area for a machine to be available and two people showed up right when my laundry was done at 12:40 am. The laundry machines do require you to put in a code before you start and after you finish to make sure no one else unloads for you.

Das ist ein neues Hotel in der Suskino-Zone. Der Zugang ist so bequem, mit einem Mall verbunden und es gibt einen Lawson im Erdgeschoss. Personal kann nicht gut Englisch sprechen, aber sie haben versucht, mit mir zu kommunizieren. Ich bleibe im Standardzimmer, es war nicht zu groß, aber sehr sauber. Heizung funktioniert gut, und alle Zimmerausstattung kann im Lobby gefunden werden. Vielen Dank für meine 4D3N erinnerlich!

The hotel rated 5 star in trip, I will review as above standard. The hotel is a big building, grand looking, When I first entered the hotel, reception staff, received me very politely, invited me to seat down, and she arranged my turn for check-in. Check in staff also very professional, good smile, efficient. After I settled down in the room, I wanted to go gym and swimming pool, I noticed there is a fee 3,300 yen per use. This is the first disappointed unreasonable charges. I went down to the lobby, wanted to have a drink. I go into the only lounge in the lobby, the second disappointment came, the lounge staff told me the lounge only open to higher level customers, not for normally room guest like me. I am totally unsatisfied with what I paid and what I got. Other unsatisfactory issue like room size very small, bed park toward the wall, don’t have wardrobe, bathroom very small, small tv 32”, parking fee 2000 yen. Anywhere the breakfast was good. You can choose a better hotel nearby.

Best Western Sapporo Odori Koen has good value for your money. We had a triple beds family room. It is somewhat small, but hotel rooms are typically small in Japanese standard. It should not be compared with Best Western Hotel sizes in North America. The hotel front desk lobby is nicely decorated. Hotel room has a good size desk, it has a mini fridge, kettle, drawer with instant coffee, creamer and sugar. It also has a window but not much to view. It is compact but well equipped. The front desk hotel staff were friendly, polite and spoke OK English. Vending machine on ground floor was stocked with a variety of drinks, including beers. Two microwave ovens were available on hotel lobby, so you can heat up some foods from convenient stores, but I preferred it was inside my room. I particularly like this hotel provided generous supplies of instant coffee, creamer, sugar, green tea bag, stir-stick at hotel lobby for guests, even though there were supplies in my room, so you can replenish without asking. In term of location, It is almost 17 - 18 minutes walk from Sapporo Station (about 1.3 to 1.4 km walk), it is somewhat far. However, if you know the area well, you may get to the hotel mostly in the underground shopping street from Sapporo Station, this is very important to know if you visit Sapporo in the winter. Once you checked into the hotel, it is conveniently near many attractions, including Sapporo TV Tower, Odori Koen, Tanukikoju Shopping Street (many restaurants there). If you get into the underground shopping street, the restaurant choices are almost unlimited.
