I like the hotel as it is not in the Central Area where it is crowded, so very little tourist groups. Most of the guests in the hotel are local nationals. It is located next to a mall so very convenient for everything. A ton of food within walking distance. Admittedly the hotel is a little dated but it is vey well kept. The service is top notch although they mostly don’t speak English so you’ll have to use google translate to speak to them, which I did not mind. Had a few misunderstandings during the trip which was due to miscommunication. Also please note that the hotel does not provide daily housekeeping, they would change all your towels, give you new amenties and empty all you trash as you leave it outside your room. They come into your room to refresh the room only once every 4 days. Which again I did not mind. I would rate it highly but I can’t give it a 5 having stayed in other better hotels, but this checks off a lot of boxes for me if you are on holiday and want something clean, well maintained, good service and nice.

We have a smooth check in and the room is big and bed is big and comfortable. The single bed can sleep for one adult and one child. There is no room cleaning but replenish of amenities , changing towels and rubbish clearing are available.

Everything that’s Ok, but i recommend to include more benefits (ex. Welcome drink, coffee zone for free) and i felt i have just a little bit of take care or information detail from hotel staff

I had a great stay at this hotel. It's just a 2-minute walk from the train station, making it very accessible. Huge shopping centers and restaurants are also just 2 minutes away. The hotel provides free use of hot bath facilities, which was a nice perk. The buffet breakfast (at 2900 yen/pax) offered a good spread, and the view from the room was reasonably good. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended!

It's the second time I have stayed at this hotel after having been to Hakodate. The hotel is located at Shin Sapporo, and it is convenient to get there from Airport. I think it was a good decision to stay there than other hotels in the city center. It's because the hotel is big and there are shopping mall nearby. You can do shopping easily. Moreover, it's quiet at night. I can have good sleep. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet is excellent and delicious.

I will never forget my trip in Sapporo my forst solo trip.. Emisia hotel is very aesthetic easily access in shinsapporo station… very clean with nice view 💕

The buffet there is really good. It worth your money. Spa is also very good. There are different spa facilities to use. However, I don’t understand why they only accept guest with coupon in morning and unable to pay to get in

Hotel was with great services and clearly explain what was required but not as English friendly, good enough thou. Nothing to complain really as per rating. Was there just to sleep. Car parking facilities was the best imo since it was park in auto lift system. (Shelter, means no snow issues)

Breakfast spread is very good except it is the same everyday. The covered mechanised carpark is a plus point and easy to use. Staff very polite and accommodative. Location is good.

Room is neat and tidy with beautiful view. Staffs are helpful even at mid night. You won’t need to worry about even you are coming back to hotel late.

Very happy to stay in this hotel. Good food. Big room and convenient place to go anywhere in Hokkaido. Love it and will definitely visit there again. Thank you hotel.

Emisia Sapporo. 4 Star hotel with big spacious rooms, comfortable though didn’t understand verbal note about aircon being central and not temperature adjustable. Great location as it is just next to the Shin Sapporo train station & 2 sizeable shopping malls. Didn’t like that the hotel CHARGED Y1200 for parking during our 3 days stay. And usage of hot spa is Y1000 for 1st and Y500 for next. In other Hokkaido hotels where we paid less the parking and spa were free. And the one here is not even truly an onsen. Furthermore while I support practise of green they have this policy that rooms are made-up only on the 4th day stay. Otherwise whatever towels, tea you might need are to be deposited into a trolley and left outside the room and replenished during the day. Given this is Sapporo city and Japan this charged parking, spa and not tidying room was a let down. And we paid more here than other hotels. So we also took off to dine in the nearby shopping mall and had great food at more reasonable prices. We will pick another hotel the next time.
