The hotel is new and location is great for visiting relatives in the area. Room size is good for 2 pax. Cleanliness is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even provide free airport transfer, which is a plus point. The chauffeur is friendly and help us with the luggage. Overall. It was a great experience.

Extremely good service, staff very helpful. Breakfast has many varieties and choices. For western breakfast you can add a bit of salad like cucumber and iceberg lettuce, with sliced cheese and ham.

The reception service is excellent. The driver served us well with good manners.

The location is very bad because of road work We are very hard to go outside by walk We need to call taxi to go to buy food even is nearby by the hotel

The hotel was not only just 3 minutes away from the train station, but deployed very hardworking drivers with nice vehicles to ferry their guests. Imagine that I arrived at the hotel at 2.45pm, checked in, changed into business attire and a helpful Mr Ma drove me to take a high-speed train departing at 3.15pm. It was an amazing experience! What's worth mentioning is that Mr Ma was so proud to make it happen for us. His colleagues at the reception were also fantastic. Rooms are new and clean.

I had a good experience at the Lavande Hotel near the Chaosan High Spped Rail Station. Like many of the group’s properties, it had its quirky features, notably the bathroom’s unique system where music automatically plays when you shower. While unexpected, it adds a distinct touch to the routine of freshening up. The hotel is notably patronised by China Southern Airlines as a crew hotel, which perhaps speaks to its general reliability and standard of service. The breakfast offered was basic but acceptable, providing all the necessities to start the day right. Given the limited options in the area, the location of Lavande Hotel is quite convenient, making it a standout among the local accommodations. Overall, if you’re looking for a decent stay in area near the Chaosan High Speed Rail station, Lavande Hotel offers a solid choice with a few unique quirks that might even add a little extra charm to your visit.

A new hotel located close to the Chaoshan high-speed train station. I didn't have many expectations, but was pleasantly surprised!

This my 2nd stay at this hotel, they provide airport, train station pickup and drop off point service. This a good choice for travelers. Staff are friendly and helpful too.

Dont book the basic single big bed room as the toilet is too small after door closed and the design of barhroom didnt consider privacy factor. For bigger size room, the bathroom is fine and normal. Overall hygiene satisfactory. Facilities new. Have washing machine for clients to use. Buffet breakfast simple but good standard. Have shuttle car to take cloents to railway station, but need to photo clients 5 star comment... a bit hard selling. Overall, still a good hotel after consider price, location, facilities and services.
