Beim Einchecken bot uns die Rezeption einen späten Check-out bis 14:00 Uhr an, doch am nächsten Tag um 13:00 Uhr klopfte ein Mitarbeiter an unsere Tür und teilte uns mit, dass wir um 12:00 Uhr auschecken sollten. Ich musste sie bitten, ihre Unterlagen zu überprüfen. Etwas ärgerlich! Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr sauber und praktisch. Vom obersten Stockwerk aus hat man einen tollen Bergblick."

"Das Zimmer, in dem wir übernachtet haben, war recht zufriedenstellend, es lag auf einer höheren Etage und war ruhig. Das erste Zimmer, das mir zugewiesen wurde, war im 4. Stock, und als ich das Fenster öffnete, sah ich nur die Außenwand des Hotels. Ich bat die Rezeption um einen Zimmerwechsel, und die Dame sagte, dass es auf höheren Etagen wegen des Square Dancing laut sein könnte, was wirklich etwas sprachlos machte. Nachdem ich darauf bestand, ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, hat das Hotel schließlich eine Umbuchung vorgenommen. Abgesehen von diesem kleinen Zwischenfall war alles andere ziemlich zufriedenstellend."
