Last year I was staying at the Prince hotel at Karuizawa for a wedding party! This time we spent just one night mainly for outlet shopping! We were surprised and excited when we started to enjoy the free dinner 8 course of Spanish cuisine! Every dish was so good, taste, yummy and delicious! Not only that right after dinner there was a free flow drink in the other section with all kinds of wine and Japanese whiskey too! We were more than satisfied and happy to stay in your hotel! For sure in my next visit I would stay at your hotel again

Very lovely boutique hotel. Room decor is nice, size is decent and staff is very friendly and helpful.  Only downside is there’s no kettle provided in the room, it’s a little inconvenient if you want hot water in the middle of the night and have to go to the lobby to get. (They provide hot water at the lobby)

I love the amenities of this hotel! Free drinks and snacks in the evening, self-blending of bath salts, and a free tea and coffee corner from 3pm onwards! I felt this location gets sleepy at night and there is not many food options nearby. However, it is comfortable and with appealing design.

Hotel is in a great location, about 700m straightline walk from karuizawa train station. Room is compact but you have everything and is clean, amenities are provided at the lobby and you can take as needed, such as toner, cleanser and cream, hair brush, toothbrush, there's even body scrub. There's drinks provided for guests, you can have tea or coffee at all times. Hotel breakfast comes in brunch menu, food is nice and fresh. There's a also a lot of restaurants along this street so not to worry.

Excellent location, great service and night snacks. Clean rooms. Room was small, but layout very efficient. Will stay here again.

Staying at the TWIN-LINE HOTEL KARUIZAWA JAPAN was a mixed experience. If you're planning to share a room with children over six years old, be aware that the hotel requires you to purchase an additional room, which can be inconvenient and costly for families. The location is less than ideal, with no convenience stores nearby and a limited selection of restaurants in the area, making it challenging to find dining options. Parking was another drawback; the connected car park is very small, and we were directed to a second car park a block away. While not extremely far, it was inconvenient for unloading and loading our luggage. The hotel service was okay but slightly below the exceptional standards we've come to expect in Japan. On the brighter side, their happy hour was carried out quite well and was the highlight of our stay. The room itself was disappointingly dark, even with all the lights turned on, which affected the overall ambiance. While there were some positive aspects, the combination of location issues and other inconveniences made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

The food quality of the Spanish set dinner and breakfast was excellent and beyond our expectation. All the staff including front desk and restaurant were very friendly and hospitable. The location is convenient and walkable from bus station or to the shops, the rental of bicycles was included in the room rate. Many places are accessible by bicycles and kind of convenient to cycling around. The free flow drinks and snacks was a very kind gesture and face masks were very thoughtful room amenities for the dry weather. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to next visit soon.

A trendy hotel at Karuizawa, their breakfast is recommended Recommend to book parking before check-in. We didn’t make the reservation and we need to park nearby. They have free drinks in the evening too :) Would like to stay there again if I visit Karuizawa next time!

A stylish hotel, yet filled with vibrance. The fine dinning experience was great. Comfortable beds, though standard rooms are quite small. Amenitie add-ons including hot bath salt self help counter and facial masks, free drinks and snacks after dinner made it very enjoyable after a long day's walk.

Location is very good. Walking distance to lots of nice restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the complimentary free flow of drinks and snack in the evening. The room is relatively small but have enough space to put all our stuff.

The hotel is great. The invitation drink at night is the best.
