Staff not everyone nice, some long face when we asked questions. Pillows & bed not comfortable and no choice of Pillow to change, my neck got very painful. Need to check in by ourselves by taping computer monitor. Water tap & sink facing bed, very strange but not a big problem. Location very convenient and several convenient stores around. No private car park but public car park very closed, good for driving travelers. Space enough for 2 pax and lighting is good. Very big shower room with a small chair, good for elder/handicapped travelers.

The staff's response is kind and self-check-in method, but the staff tells us in front of them. The inside of the hotel was clean and so good

Very good location, a few minutes walk from Sapporo Station. Excellent breakfast with local specialties. Room is clean, well equipped and maintained. Will stay again.

The location of hotel is excellent, close to station and near TV tower. The room is clean and fit enough to open luggage

Good location next to station and shopping centres , decent breakfast, efficient and friendly staff. Love the free coffee available in the lobby. Nothing like a warm drink during the end of a cold day in winter

Hotel is clean & centrally located nearby Sapporo Station. Coined laundry available too. We love the stay with helpful staff. The welcome sake & wine is good. Helpful staff to store our luggages too

Check in and out were smooth, front desk was helpful. Room size is adequate, and I like the bath room. Breakfast is OK. One point wanted to bring out. I tried to help save the enviroment, out of staying 5 night, only asked for changing bed linings once until check out. Interesting while the 4 night requesting change towels only, no bottle water provided. Little money I bought own bottle water instead asking hotel.

Very clean hotel. The coffee from the machine in lobby is amazing. Good location. The room is really small though. But overall it was a good experience. Will come back.
