Overall, the hotel itself provided a good experience. However, there’s room for improvement in customer service and cleanliness on Level 1. The staff seemed to have a "hate their job" attitude, which affected the service quality. Additionally, there was a persistent smell of urine on Level 1 whenever entering or exiting, which was unpleasant.

Great Hotel with great location. Near to JR Sapporo Station. Will definitely stay in this hotel again for my next visit. Lots of eateries nearby.

Staff not everyone nice, some long face when we asked questions. Pillows & bed not comfortable and no choice of Pillow to change, my neck got very painful. Need to check in by ourselves by taping computer monitor. Water tap & sink facing bed, very strange but not a big problem. Location very convenient and several convenient stores around. No private car park but public car park very closed, good for driving travelers. Space enough for 2 pax and lighting is good. Very big shower room with a small chair, good for elder/handicapped travelers.

The staff's response is kind and self-check-in method, but the staff tells us in front of them. The inside of the hotel was clean and so good

This hotel was just 3 minutes walk from the JR Sapporo station. It was very well equipped. The room size was reasonable. It offered welcome soft drink as well.

Hotel was very clean. All staff very nice and helpful. Hotel location is great, very near to JR Station. Room also very clean. I choose 'comfort double room', room big (can open 2 luggage and get bigger size bed. **Recommended

Very good location, a few minutes walk from Sapporo Station. Excellent breakfast with local specialties. Room is clean, well equipped and maintained. Will stay again.

The location is good which is just 5 mins walk - with elevator to Sapporo Station. It helps a lot for travellers with big bags.  Service from the receptionist is so so only  The down side : no loading area for us to do loading / unloading as its main road area

Very pleasant stay here. Very high value for the price we paid. Loved the shower and bath amenities, and how the toilet is separate from the bath area. We also added on breakfast for 1 day and the spread was excellent and enjoyable. Location was great too esp when it was cold and snowing heavily. We could get to the underground in 5-10 minutes. The free coffee and welcome drinks are a very nice touch. Overall my experience was wonderful and I would return again!

Unprofessional hotel staff. Sent email to clarify before head down the person said ok to stay in two person but Get extra charged during check in due to more than one person staying . Which is so ambiguous between two. And the most upset is the check in staff and the manager told us if refuse to pay and they will cancel our reservation. So unprofessional. Secondly, the hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Trash from previous stay still left under the bed. Have request for room cleaning on a second day of stay however the cleaner just change a new towel and without cleaning. Only two small bottles per day can’t request for more. No safety deposit boxes in rooms. The only good thing of the hotel is the location. Definitely not come back again
