Vorteile: Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Leckeres Frühstück, sehr bequeme Betten. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super höflich und freundlich. Nachteil: 600 Yen für die Waschmaschine und 100 Yen für den Trockner. Im Whirlpool gibt es keine Handtücher, Sie müssen welche aus dem Hotelzimmer mitbringen. Das Hotelzimmer ist ziemlich klein und bietet kaum Platz für großes Gepäck.

I recently stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for three nights in a Standard Family Room on the 7th floor and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The room comfortably accommodated our group of four, and we were pleasantly surprised to find two separate bathrooms with bathtubs, which added a significant level of convenience for our family. While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

We stayed in nine hotels during our six week Winter visit to Japan; this hotel was the third most stylish but the second most uncomfortable. The corner double room has the right look with a little tea room next to a floor to ceiling window. We had a partial view of the Botanical Gardens which was pretty. The room was uncomfortable for the following reasons: 1. No storage. The room fit out is super minimal but if you have luggage there's nowhere to put it and no hanging space. 2. The designer was going for a zen low lighting experience but the room was so dark we couldn't see anything. There is one dim lamp next to the bed and another low light overhead light. It was so dark we had to borrow desk lamps to be able to see into our suitcases. Maybe the designer was trying to create a moody atmosphere but we found it dreary and depressing. 3. The thermostat has no fine controls - the room was either way too hot or very cold. We chose to turn the heat off and borrow extra blankets and wear extra layers. We chose the corner double room which despite being one of the larger rooms, felt too cramped for a four day stay. The onsen was stylish and cool. The outdoor onsen was set in cute snowscape. Having an onsen with snow around you felt very luxe. Unfortunately this hotel attracts a certain young, nouveau riche clientele who take selfies endlessly in this Instagram ready hotel. There were men taking photos of themselves in the onsen on two occasions; I felt like my privacy had been violated as I was in the same bath. It upset me they didn't respect me enough to abstain from taking video footage. Did they do that just because my partner and I were clearly not Japanese? We enjoyed the authentic breakfast, although I feel like having it once probably would have been enough. The location of the hotel was a bit of a dead zone, unless you love walking there are probably more central locations. If you can't speak Japanese the staff are just OK. I was overcharged and managed to get a refund even despite the language barrier. I would not stay at this hotel again but I did enjoy certain aspects of my stay.

Even through the hotel is a 3 star hotel, but the premium room is better than 4 star ones. The room is fully equipped, fridge, washing machine, kitchen. Two things surprised me are drip coffee machine with FOC coffee capsules and dryer machine, not commonly seen in hotel room. The front desk lady can communicate well in English. The carpark is automatic type, one staff assists on parking.

Meiner Meinung nach ist es das beste Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Susukino! Vom Bahnhof sind es etwa 6-7 Minuten zu Fuß! Es ist auch praktisch, weil es in der Nähe eine Einkaufsstraße Tanukikoji gibt. Der Check-in erfolgte in Selbstbedienung an einem Automaten, und wenn Sie Hilfe benötigen, ist das Personal so freundlich, Ihnen zu helfen☺️ Die Inneneinrichtung des Hotels war geräumig und komfortabel! Die Toilette, das Waschbecken und das Badezimmer sind getrennt, sodass man es an geschäftigen Vormittagen wunderbar mit anderen teilen kann!! Wenn Sie ein Hotel in der Innenstadt von Sapporo suchen, kann ich Ihnen diesen Ort auf jeden Fall empfehlen☺️😆

Ich habe eine Nacht am 12. März gehabt. Dies ist ein neues, helles Hotel in der Nähe des Grand Canyon Park. Zunächst ist die Rezeption schöner und höflicher. Als ich mich bei der Verzögerung der Ankunftszeit anmeldete, war ich froh, bevor er ins Zimmer ging, lachte er und sagte, danke für Ihren Kontakt. Es gibt einen Mietwagenwinkel im ersten Stock, Sie können kostenlos Haarwasser, Milchpulver, Reinigungsmittel usw. mieten. Dies ist ein günstiges Programm, das um 20:00 Uhr beginnt, aber das nächste Mal möchte ich nochmal leben. Ich bin auch zufrieden mit dem kostenlosen Kaffee. Reinigungspersonal heiße mich beim Abflug. Cospa ist sehr gut, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, vor allem empfehle ich ein gutes Hotel für Kundenservice ♪

10/10 In my opinion, This is the best hotel location for shopaholic. The best breakfast for Seafood sashimi lovers and The hotel also give us a free ramen service from 21:30-23:00 ! Good public onsen bath , Good location , good service, Good breakfast. Hotel is very clean and very convinient. We will go back to this hotel again for sure!!

Vor 々 Ich lebte 2 Nächte, weil die Kommentare sehr hoch waren. Die Briefe des Personals, die Einrichtungen sind reichhaltig, die Klarheit, das Frühstück mit Selbsthilfe und der Mund sind großartig. Ich denke, selbst wenn der Preis doppelt so hoch ist, wird die Qualität nicht überrascht. Wenn ich mich um eine Sache kümmere, wäre es eine Gruppe von Studenten, die sich an den Arbeits- und Sportclubs beteiligen, aber ich kann in einem Schlafzimmer oder einem Sauna-Zimmer laut sprechen oder nach dem Sauna-Zimmer kein Wasser pumpen. In der Kühlzeit habe ich einige verrückte Leute gesehen, wie sie auf dem Korridor lauten. Ich glaube, es ist kein Hotelproblem, sondern ein Gastproblem, aber unter der Voraussetzung einiger verrückter Leute werden Sie bei der Behandlung der Aufenthaltsverfahren besonders auf Gruppengäste achten. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, sehr lecker, ich mache auch Arbeit im Zusammenhang mit der Ernährung, so dass ich Ihre Schwierigkeiten gut verstehen kann, natürlich wird die Arbeitszeit sehr früh sein und es gibt so viele Dinge früh am Morgen.
