This hotel room offers a clean and suitable environment for one person. Located near Sapporo Station, it provides easy access to New Chitose Airport and the subway system. Convenience stores are also nearby, adding to the convenience of the stay. Breakfast is delicious and ample, making for a great start to each day.

They practice eco cleaning but change the towels daily. They don't serve muslim friendly breakfast but the staff were so helpful when I asked about the ingredients. There is a coffee machine available until 12 am. Water and ice dispenser are also available. I like that their washing machine and dryer are available 24hrs for a small fee. I especially like the location of the hotel which is close to the main station and bus center. Really convenient to get around.

Good location. Bathroom is small. TV has Youtube. Elevators are always overloaded during checkout time. We've been waiting for 5 rounds still no chance to get in then given up and use staircase instead.

Very convenient and wonderful

The location is good, but the room is very small. If it's just for sleeping overnight, then it's OK.

breakfast provided with multiple choice and can be pack it to room to enjoy. Free coffee from 6am -12am. the 1 think not good is cannot early check in. the check in time is 3pm.

The hotel is very convenient, very near from Sapporo station, there are also Lawson and 7-11 very near from hotel. The staffs even though english is not so good but they're very friendly. It also has laundry and pyjamas in the 1st floor, so so convenient. Highly recommend

My partner and i had a lovely experience staying at Toyoko Inn. Checking in was smooth and hassle free. The room was decent size, enough space for 2. However, the toilet was slightly smaller than expected.

Great location, breakfast was fantastic and it’s nice that they allow you to pack it back to the room.

Decent hotel. Very close to the JR station. The coffee machines working hours are very short compared to the other toyoko hotels 3 washing machines at the lobby

Booked this hotel via trip.com, it was said that this hotel had private parking on site, however it happened that my car (mazda cx5) was too big for their parking and car size limitations weren’t mentioned anywhere, it’s a shame that I was forced to park in nearby paid parking lot and soak under the heavy rain walking to the hotel with my luggage. In addition, they have this so called Eco initiative, where cleaning is happening only every third day, just be frank and state that you cut operating costs and improve profits, no one believes this eco thing, on addition to that they put check in and out machines, but still have stuff at the front desk who should be doing this job. Also, the aircon smells rotten eggs when you turn it on

I love this hotel. Just beside Sapporo Station. The breakfast is delicious, very Japanese. The free pajama and skin care is so plus factor. I can’t wait to stay in this hotel in my future stay in Sapporo.
