Rummes Zimmer mit 3 Einzelbetten. Und vollgröße Badezimmer. wunderschöne Lage. Wanderweite zu überall. Auch in der Nähe der berühmten Einkaufsstraße und berühmten Essensarms Gelenke.

Nice new hotel connected to subway station and a large supermarket on the Basement floor, food court is on the 5th floor, lobby on the 7th floor. Some staff talks in good English while others do not speak well - all of them are polite and efficient. clean and comfortable new room but a bit noisy facing the main road. We can see the Doshin/UHB fireworks on the 18th floor with some obstructions from tall buildings. I shall stay again in the future!

Meine Familie reservierte zwei Zimmer für insgesamt drei Nächte. Bedauert, dass die verwendeten Schmuck und Weinglasses nicht für die Dauer der Reise gewaschen wurden. Hotel war großzügig mit Toiletten. Die Bahnhofsbahnhofs waren in der Nähe der Ausfahrt keine Aufzugsmöglichkeiten, so dass es im Winter nicht angenehm war, schwere Gepäck zum Hotel zu nehmen. Der Schwerpunkt des Aufenthalts war das Frühstück, insbesondere die französische Toast.

Ich bin oft in diesem Hotel, wenn ich nach Sapporo reise. Hoch empfohlen.

Just 3 mins walk from JR Station. It's really helpful because walking during snowing time 3 min vs 10mins makes a difference (although underground walk is available but we can't find the entrance.) So this is a good choice for us as we wil leaving to otaru from sapporo station the next day. Beside the hotel there is 711 where 7bank atm is available. Room wise, for 20m2 twin bed we have the space to open 2 large luggage (28inch). Tis is important as a number of 3-4 stars hotel in sapporo has room size of 13 to 18m2 which I assume is difficult to open up 2 large luggage inside the room. Bathroom n toilet are separated. The biggest surprise is the breakfast, very complete with local hokkaido breakfast, dessert and western breakfast. Dairy products are superb. We are so satisfied with the breakfast.

Room is very new and spacious, they put into a 3 beds room though I only booked twin bed room, the space for luggage is limited. Bathroom is wonderful. Cleanliness is sparkling, the cleaning team is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, they serve high quality food with great variety. Restaurant staffs are very friendly as well. One thing I would just hope they have the new slippers by request, the Japanese slippers are not that stable and for hygiene purposes.

Vor 々 Ich lebte 2 Nächte, weil die Kommentare sehr hoch waren. Die Briefe des Personals, die Einrichtungen sind reichhaltig, die Klarheit, das Frühstück mit Selbsthilfe und der Mund sind großartig. Ich denke, selbst wenn der Preis doppelt so hoch ist, wird die Qualität nicht überrascht. Wenn ich mich um eine Sache kümmere, wäre es eine Gruppe von Studenten, die sich an den Arbeits- und Sportclubs beteiligen, aber ich kann in einem Schlafzimmer oder einem Sauna-Zimmer laut sprechen oder nach dem Sauna-Zimmer kein Wasser pumpen. In der Kühlzeit habe ich einige verrückte Leute gesehen, wie sie auf dem Korridor lauten. Ich glaube, es ist kein Hotelproblem, sondern ein Gastproblem, aber unter der Voraussetzung einiger verrückter Leute werden Sie bei der Behandlung der Aufenthaltsverfahren besonders auf Gruppengäste achten. Good hotel in good location... Clean room, good onsen, friendly employees... Lot of restaurants to choose nearby. Also many convenience stores and other shops...

We stayed in nine hotels during our six week Winter visit to Japan; this hotel was the third most stylish but the second most uncomfortable. The corner double room has the right look with a little tea room next to a floor to ceiling window. We had a partial view of the Botanical Gardens which was pretty. The room was uncomfortable for the following reasons: 1. No storage. The room fit out is super minimal but if you have luggage there's nowhere to put it and no hanging space. 2. The designer was going for a zen low lighting experience but the room was so dark we couldn't see anything. There is one dim lamp next to the bed and another low light overhead light. It was so dark we had to borrow desk lamps to be able to see into our suitcases. Maybe the designer was trying to create a moody atmosphere but we found it dreary and depressing. 3. The thermostat has no fine controls - the room was either way too hot or very cold. We chose to turn the heat off and borrow extra blankets and wear extra layers. We chose the corner double room which despite being one of the larger rooms, felt too cramped for a four day stay. The onsen was stylish and cool. The outdoor onsen was set in cute snowscape. Having an onsen with snow around you felt very luxe. Unfortunately this hotel attracts a certain young, nouveau riche clientele who take selfies endlessly in this Instagram ready hotel. There were men taking photos of themselves in the onsen on two occasions; I felt like my privacy had been violated as I was in the same bath. It upset me they didn't respect me enough to abstain from taking video footage. Did they do that just because my partner and I were clearly not Japanese? We enjoyed the authentic breakfast, although I feel like having it once probably would have been enough. The location of the hotel was a bit of a dead zone, unless you love walking there are probably more central locations. If you can't speak Japanese the staff are just OK. I was overcharged and managed to get a refund even despite the language barrier. I would not stay at this hotel again but I did enjoy certain aspects of my stay.

Vorteile: Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Leckeres Frühstück, sehr bequeme Betten. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super höflich und freundlich. Nachteil: 600 Yen für die Waschmaschine und 100 Yen für den Trockner. Im Whirlpool gibt es keine Handtücher, Sie müssen welche aus dem Hotelzimmer mitbringen. Das Hotelzimmer ist ziemlich klein und bietet kaum Platz für großes Gepäck.
