Check in is easy and fuss free done by machine . Room is huge and clean . Hotel at a great location just opposite Sapporo station. There is an underground link from Sapporo station to the hotel with a lot shopping at the underground walkway. There is also bus that can travel directly from the hotel to New Chitose airport . Super convenient if you have a lot of luggages and with young kids. No need to drag your luggage to Sapporo station to squeeze the train with the crowd . Just board the bus and pay upon arrival at airport , fuss free and easy ! The hotel allow you to store your luggage if you are travelling out for 1-2 days to other places .Highly recommend.

While the room did not offer any particular views, the value for money was undeniable. The hotel's buffet spread was another highlight of our stay. With a wide variety of options, it catered well to different tastes and preferences, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. A couple of logistical aspects made our stay even more seamless. We were able to return our rental car directly at the hotel, having rented from Toyota Rent-a-Car. This saved us a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, we utilized the Airport Bus service from the hotel, purchasing tickets easily at the front desk on the day of our departure. This convenience allowed us to relax and enjoy our last moments in Sapporo without any stress. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the excellent service. We had purchased quite a bit of chocolate from the Royce Chocolate Factory, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by accepting and storing our delivery until we arrived a day or two later. This level of service truly enhanced our experience. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is about a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station, making it very accessible. For those interested in exploring local shopping areas, Tanuki Koji is a manageable 30-minute walk away. Overall, the Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo offers excellent value for money with its well-appointed rooms, great amenities, convenient location, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, nahe einer Einkaufsstraße und einem Mall. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist lecker mit einer Vielzahl von Optionen. Die Bahnhofsstation in Suskino ist bequem zugänglich, nur einen 3-minute Spaziergang vom Hotel. Die Zimmergröße war jedoch zufriedenstellend, aber der Teppich war etwas alt und schmutzig.

Ich habe in einem seltenen Dreibettzimmer übernachtet. Die Wasseranlagen sind normal, wie man sie auch im Susukino-Nakajima-Park-Gebiet findet. Auch Badesalz stand als Zusatzausstattung zur Verfügung. Auch das Begrüßungsgetränk finde ich erfüllend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist etwas traurig, weil es kein Roastbeef oder Schweinefleisch mehr gibt, aber der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Meeresfrüchten, also ist es sättigend.
