Room is enormous. Free snacks and drinks at the guest lounge. 5-10mins walk to Sapporo station. A few mins walk to Tanukikoji Market. Easy access to convenient stores. And there is car rental shop around the corner. Parco and Daimura are walking distance

Daily room make up service. But I still found my cotton pad on the floor after one day. Quite big room. If it’s a rainy or snowy day, quite harsh to access to hotel from Sapporo station. Only 2 washing machines, one is in the men’s bath, one is in the women’s bath. Don’t expect u can get your turn for laundry.

We were a family of 3. Room was spacious enough for our 3 luggages. TV also had information regarding the status of the onsen and washing machine which was a nice touch. The counter staff also spoke good English and were generally very helpful. The free drinks in the lounge and bottled water in the room were very welcome too.

Excellent location, just 10 mins walk from Sapporo Station, overnight parking available and fee not expensive.

The location is fantastic, just some minutes walk from Sapporo station. From the hotel, it is easy to reach to other places such as Susukino on foot. The room and hotel are fantastic, clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even offer free snack bar with lots of soft drinks, coffee and cookies that you can use as much as you want during the day and night. Highly recommended and will definitely be back in the future!

The design of the hotel is good. Location is just a few minutes walking from the JR Sapporo station, quite convenient. Facilities and the service of the staffs are great.

I booked this hotel last minute after cutting short my stay at another hotel in Otaru due to exposed cable wiring under the bed area. Having learnt from that experience, I checked this room carefully upon arrival and was relieved to find everything well maintained. Mitsui Garden did a great job with the room setup, and everything felt clean and safe. The room is spacious enough for three guests, with good walkway space, a hanging area, and a proper wardrobe. It feels more comfortable compared to other triple rooms I’ve stayed in. The bathroom is also a decent size and not as cramped as what you typically find in many Japanese hotels. The hotel offers a public bath for both men and women, which is a nice feature to relax in. However, the laundry setup could be improved. There is only one combo washer-dryer machine, and the waiting time is quite long. Even at 3–4 a.m., guests are queuing to use it, and each wash-and-dry cycle takes around two hours. You can monitor the washer status directly from your room TV, which is convenient, but it would be much better if the hotel could add a few more machines. It can be inconvenient when guests miss their pickup time and others have to wait. So, you really needs to plan and be more considerate in using the washer. Breakfast has a limited selection and leans more towards Western-style dishes, but there is a live chef station serving both sweet and savory crepes, which adds a nice touch to the morning experience.

Good service overall, thanks for taxi fare estimates each time we asked to go nearby places of interest .. Would be perfect with English tv channels availability and Body lotion.

Location is excellent , near Sapporo station , kombini & Kinokuniya bookstore . Hotel looks new & clean. Rooms : spacious where you can open your luggages & smaller luggages can Be placed below bed. Enough cabinets to hang clothes . Drawers big to put things. Hooks on wall useful for hanging clothes & things . Baskets to place your towels & things when you use the public bath. Beds are firm and will not cause back pain. Room air conditioner easy to use and control room temperature. Restaurant became guest lounge from afternoon to 11 pm with free drinks from dispensers & snacks.

Loved the decor, breakfast was good, service was the usual excellent Japanese hospitality.

The location of the hotel is right in the city centre, about 7 minutes walk to the station, and main shopping malls with varieties of restaurants. The only comment is need to pay for the car parking, suggest to park opposite of the hotel.

Room small and hard to open the suitcases however the hotel is renovated and location close to JR. Also more importantly staff helpful.
