Äußerst freundliches Personal, vor allem der Hauptkellner Antonio an der Bar und die Rezeptionistin. Tadelloses Frühstück, hier hat das fachkundige Service aber etwas geschwächelt, Bestellungen wurden vergessen oder das 4 Minuten Ei wurde hart gekocht. Leider gab es trotz der 5 Sterne kein Abendessen, nur kleinere Snacks. Wer einen ruhigen, komfortablen Aufenthalt in einem kleineren Hotel schätzt, ist hier genau richtig. Man muss aber auf sonst übliche Einrichtungen eines Luxushotels verzichten können. Elegante hotel con mucho encanto. Hermoso y elegante mobiliario de la habitación, mezclado con elementos modernos en el baño. El personal es muy amable, sobre todo el camarero Antonio en el bar y la recepcionista. Desayuno impecable, aquí el servicio experto se ha debilitado un poco, los pedidos se han olvidado o el huevo de 4 minutos se ha cocinado duro. Desafortunadamente, a pesar de las cinco estrellas, no había cena, solo aperitivos. Quien aprecia una estancia tranquila y confortable en un hotel más pequeño, está en el lugar correcto. Sin embargo, uno debe poder prescindir de las instalaciones habituales de un hotel de lujo.
