Complimentary made to order breakfast is amazing. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The only issue was house cleaning never came to our room (we called the front desk and requested it). It wasn’t a huge problem. Just would’ve been. Nice to have our room tidied up a bit by a professional so we could relax and enjoy our trip.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The a**osphere is welcoming and the daily afternoon tea and sherry is a very nice touch. My room was very spacious while the bathroom was small. I didn’t like that all breakfast options were around eggs, and only one offered fruit. Not everyone likes to eat eggs every day, so a couple of alternatives would be appreciated.

Location great for walking downtown Santa Fe. Staff welcoming and helpful. Free parking. Complimentary prepared to order breakfast. Afternoon tea, sherry and cookies. Will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and warm a**osphere among staff and guests alike, fostered in part by a ‘social hour’ of sherry and biscochitos. Double bed room and bathroom was very tight for family of 4. And after a week of service available only upon request, messy. But excellent location. 5-10 minute walk to everything.

Great Old Santa Fe a**osphere, welcome sherry and State cookies each night in the comfortable lobby were excellent. Staff were excellent going above and beyond. Wonderful full service breakfast to order with fresh squeezed orange juice! Highly recommend. The kiva fireplaces in room were a wonderful experience.

The staff were very friendly and helped make our stay a comfortable and memorable one. This hotel offered evening wonderful snacks and sherry wine to help wind down from a long day's drive. Breakfast was great the next morning made to order from their restaurant's menu. It was a great stay and would stay again.

The property is beautiful, the staff are the best. They went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The Del Charro restaurant food was delicious and authentic New Mexican. The full-service bar staff were very knowledgeable and pleasant. We will definitely be staying again!
