Hotel Calle de Alcala

For work reasons I had stayed at this hotel before 2014. In 2022 I had to stay again and it has become a very dirty hotel, zero maintenance by its owners. They have a plague of pigeons that make everything dirty and in the ceiling of my room there were mice. Really a nigh**are. The only redeemable thing about the place is its staff characterized by a friendly trea**ent and trying to solve all the needs of the guests that the owners do not solve.

Hotel con instalaciones sumamente viejas, anticuadas, descuidadas, habitaciones con feos colores, cortinas fatales, cerraduras viejas, tienen un equipo viejo de A/C inservible aún instalado en las habitaciones en la ventana (si hay equipo de A/C moderno instalado) pero deberían quitar el viejo, da muy mala impresión, ventanas feas, camas feas de madera que traquean mucho y bastante incómodas, deben actualizarlas con urgencia, hay una “suite” que tiene una cama tamaño King (dos camas juntas) y la mitad está completamente pandeada, habitaciones en general muy anticuadas, baños anticuados, grifería de mala calidad y presentación, duchas sucias, la atención en el restaurante muy deficiente, la atención en la recepción buena, lo que sí tiene es una muy buena ubicación muy cerca de Plaza Los Mangos, principalmente en tiempo de Fiestas Típicas, lo que hace tratar de compensar todas sus demás deficiencias.
