English & Español (debajo) I called the hotel and asked them if they offered any special honeymoon accommodations. I was told to include a comment in my reservation mentioning that I wanted the honeymoon package. I made a reservation through the Los Tajibos website. The morning after making the reservation I called to make sure they had made a note about my request and got verbal confirmation of such. When we arrived nothing of what they had mentioned (rose petals, champagne bottle, or breakfast in bed next morning) were set up or scheduled. To makes matters even worse, the room smelt like a wet dog. I went to the front desk with my complains. To no avail I was told that there was nothing they could do and that didn’t see my request on their system. I tried to be proactive and tell them that I was willing to even pay more to find a quick solution to the matter, but I was turned down and told there was nothing they could do. To make matters even worse, I tried to use the shower later that day and the cold water was shut off making it impossible to jump in the shower because of the scorching hot water. I was told by a staff member that this may be due to the work they are doing on the new buildings. Nevertheless, at no point during my stay or to this day was I offered an apology or remediation. I spend half of the year staying in different hotels and this has been by far the worst experience and service. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for your lounging accommodations. Los Tajibos didn’t measure up to the special occasion and didn’t even try to make up for it. I have a really hard time understanding how it is 5-star hotel is specially compared to other newer alternatives in Santa Cruz. As I side note, I also had dinner at Jardin de Asia and had to wait over 90 min to get our food after ordering. Unfortunately, this hotel has become a far cry from what it once was. FYI: I stayed in room 156 on December 30th, 2021. Llamé al hotel y les pregunté si ofrecían algún paquete especial para luna de miel. Localização interessante para mim, atendeu muito bem ao que eu necessitava. Os quartos dispõe de sala, mini cozinha, varanda, quarto e banheiro. A cama é bem confortável. A decoração é um pouco antiga, mas nada ao meu ver que desabone. As televisões em cada quarto são de uma forma, bem como os utensílios que são disponibilizados. O que é unânime são copos, xícaras, 4 pratos e 4 jogos de talheres, uma espátula ou uma colher. Alguns quartos dispõe de panela, outros de frigideira, e outros ambos. Senti muita falta de uma panela no meu quarto, por conta da diferença de alimentação na Bolívia. Também alguns quartos dispõe de carpete e outros de piso. Se tem alergia, já sinalize na reserva para não ter problemas. O que mais achei que poderia ser um ponto de melhoria, seria um restaurante funcionante para serviço de quarto! Faz muita falta! O café da manhã que servem no quarto é extremamente caro e com itens muito básicos (sucrilhos, uma fruta, iogurte, suco, tudo semipronto/industrializado). Outro ponto é o teatro. Se for uma estadia longa, peça sempre quartos mais altos para não incomodar o barulho até aproximadamente meia noite. No mais, tive uma estadia agradável. O staff era cuidadoso e simpático, bem receptivo.

Im Hotel selbst sagt er, es sind 5 Sterne, aber nicht Der einzige positive Punkt ist die Lage. Die Verpflegung ist sehr trocken. Als wir den Rezeptor erreichten war sehr trocken, und er hat das Zimmer nur um 14 Uhr freigegeben, auch wenn er vorhin bereit war, bezahlten wir für Kaffee, da wir um 9 Uhr morgens waren. Was Enttäuschung. Frühstück sehr, sehr schlecht. Im Vergleich zu einem 4-Sterne-Hotel in Brasilien ist der Frühstücksausschuß dieses Hotel mit 2. Keine Sorten, sind die Zubereitungen nicht schmackhaft. Das Zimmer war schön, aber die Klimaanlage war ganz allein aus, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass wir eine schlimme Nacht hatten, da sie alle 30 Minuten ausging und wir aufstehen mussten, um anzurufen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über den Betrag, den ich für den Tag bezahlt habe, und ich nenne das Hotel nicht.

Es fehlt viel Organisation und Kommunikation zwischen ihren Beamten. Sie geben Ihnen keine klaren Informationen und sie können Sie nicht wie üblich von einem Hotel mit diesen Merkmalen, keine Aufmerksamkeit, keine Freundlichkeit, die Behandlung, die Sie geben, ist schlecht, Das einzige Rettungspersonal ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Das Fernsehen war ständig schwach, sie haben nie Handtücher für zwei Personen hinterlassen, sie rufen auf die Rezeption und beantworteten nicht.Im Bad fanden sich Schranken und Reinigungspersonal wurde informiert, dass sie das Bad trotz der Situation nicht richtig reinigt und Sie haben die Tote Schalenfülle, die wir gefunden hatten, gelassen, und nicht nur die Schalenfülle waren im Badezimmer, sondern auch im Schalenfüller, es wurde auch im Rezeption berichtet. Leider gab es auch Schalenfülle im Kühlschrank. Ein schlimmer Aufenthalt im Hotel hat uns nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung für das, was passiert ist, weil es etwas Wichtiges ist, dass sie nichts von der Vorsorge und der Sorgfalt nehmen. Ich würde es niemandem empfehlen und würde auch nicht zurückkehren.
