EXCELLENT. I cannot praise this place enough. My wife and I were traveling Central Europe for 2-1/2 weeks then stopped here for 3 days. The property and room were fantastic. It was super nice to cook our own food for a bit. We even used their grill with provided wood to cook some steaks…delicious. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was super nice. In addition we had just a few minutes drive to the beach where we watched the sunset one evening…plus there was only 6 other people on the beech (the first week of May). This place, town and hotel, is quite the gem…a real must stay for a nice relaxing time.

Super Agriturismo. Die Apartments sind sehr gut ausgestattet (es gibt Olivenöl, Salz, Zucker). Die Weinauswahl ist auch gut, super, dass man im Kühlschrank schon Wasser und Wein hat. Der Pool ist schön gepflegt und es gibt auch eine Grillecke. Mit Hunden ist hier ein Paradies, man kann durch die Olivenbäume spazieren gehen. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir fühlen uns so wohl bei Euch! Die Anlage ist gepflegt, alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist mein Highlight. Es ist nie überlaufen und alle Gäste sind freundlich und gut gelaunt. Nur die die Hundehaufen am Wegrand hinter zu den Tieren sollten vermieden werden - alle 3 Meter. Nicht so toll mit Kindern. Am liebsten würde ich eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben, damit nicht so viel Leute kommen 😉

Die Anlage ist ok, wenn man selber Kinder hat aber wenn jemand Ruhe sucht passt es nicht Es würde Sinn machen einen der beiden Pools als kinderfrei zu deklarieren.. aber beide Pools sind kinderverseucht Einer der Whirlpools ist außer Betrieb, aber die Erklärung dazu ist etwas ungewöhnlich... wegen Corona .... auch sind die Desinfektionsmassnahmen übertrieben Auch rennen die Kinder dauernd an der eigenen Terrasse vorbei, so dass man hier nicht mal Ruhe hat. In unserem Fall (Zimmer 201) haben die Schweizer Kinder aus 203 ? total genervt Was auch nicht klar ist, dass man eine Zimmereinigung ( auch Handtuchwechsel, Klopapier Auffüllung , Müllleerung etc.) nur hat, wenn man man Frühstück dazu bucht ... das ist bei *********** nicht ersichtlich und wird nicht kommuniziert .... und 20 Euro für ein Frühstück ist ein stolzer Betrag ... da bekommt man im Ort ein Frühstück mit Sekt Positiv ist, dass die Anlage sehr weitläufig ist und die Zimmer gut ausgestattet sind .. auch der Meerblick und die Nähe zur Autobahn ist ok Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Wonderful accommodations. Staff was great, room was clean, and the environment was serene. I especially appreciated the working shutters that let the breeze flow through the room in early May. After 2 weeks traveling Europe, my wife and I stayed here for 3 nights to relax a bit. It was fantastic having a kitchen to cook our own food. In addition the town was fantastic with just a few minutes drive to get to the beach. We even cooked steaks on their provided grill one evening, using what I think was trimmed olive branches to burn (great flavor). If we ever make it to this area again we will definitely stay here. This was definitely the best place we stayed while traveling Europe for over 3 weeks.

We had a great stay for 4 days. They helped us check in with ease and brought our luggage to the room for us. Gave us a list of recommended restaurants which did not disappoint.
Staff also arranged for us to get picked up from the train station. This was helpful because during the month of August many Italians vacation so the train station seemed somewhat deserted. Very minimal taxi drivers can be found.
The room was beautiful and clean. Stove top, pots/pans, fridge/freezer, balcony, safe, etc. The property itself is great but nothing really around it. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, very small children’s park, ping pong table, fusball table. Try to get to a grocery store upon arrival so that you can stock up your fridge. Conad is a beautiful supermarket in town not too far away.
Fresh fruit picked from the trees on the property, water and bathroom items (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, cream) are the only complimentary items you will get from this hotel. We had to rent pool towels for £6 each.
Apartment door can only be locked on the outside and inside (yes, inside you need the key to lock the door) with a key. No deadbolt. Makes multiple people coming and going at different times difficult if you want to lock the door.
Breakfast and lunch was spectacular.
Hotel and hotel property are very very safe.

This property is great for families with small children. Nice breakfast selection. Pools were nice. BBQ area for bigger groups. Town of San Vincenzo is really nice. Beaches nice as well, just no parking lots at beach. Nice views. Good wineries just north of hotel with tastings available.

Absolutely perfect in every way. This is the perfect place for an agriturismo stay with young children. Our apartment was really comfortable with a small kitchen with everything you need. The garden is beautiful and the pools lovely, set up to let your little ones play and run around. Breakfast is a feast of fresh fruit, cheese, ham, cereal, bread and cake. Above all every member of staff is so helpful, caring and hospitable. Faultless! A 5 min drive to town, the beach and some really great restaurants.

The experience at the agriturismo offers all types of services, from pools and hot tubs to amazing breakfasts at the bar. The position offers some of the best views of the area and the structures are sorrounded by nature. You surely have to give this fantastic place a chance
