Hotel Caserma la Romana-Bayahibe

The visit to this hotel was wonderful, we were a group from the university and it felt very cozy and had a beautiful view of the gardens, the food was what impressed me the most and I went back several times, the staff was very friendly and attentive, mainly Berto Azcona, If I had to go back I would do it again, now it will be with my family, thank you Caserma.

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. It's a very different kind of place and it was beautiful, nice and peaceful. Wifi could be spotty, but it's like that all over D.R. We never lost power. It is very rural, away from everything, except the highway. Don't worry, there is no highway noise. It's very quiet and secluded. It is close to the airport, but again, it's not noisy. You will need transportation/rental car at this location. You can rent a car at this location, not sure of the prices. They could have given you more towels. They only gave you two bath towels and one hand towel. A refrigerator was in the room along with a tv, but there were limited channels. It is in a very tropical area. There is a small, but refreshing pool. It is very safe, there is a huge wall built all around the property, like a fort. This is a very affordable hotel and a great Dominican breakfast was served every morning. Breakfast included fried eggs, mangou, bacon, fried cheese, ham & cheese sandwich and of course cafe con leche. There are many resident dogs and cats that are very friendly that roam around the grounds of the property. And too many cats get into the dining area. Now, I am an animal lover so I don't mind this, but if you have a problem with this - beware. Staying at this location with our rental car out of Santo Domingo enabled us to take day trips to Punta Cana (Bavaro Beach)/Higuey (Altagracia Cathedral) and to Bayahibe (Domenicus Beach). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We met the owner and all the staff was cordial and helpful.

Definitivamente un lugar mágico; como de costumbre, la tranquilidad y la comida son de lo mejor. Pedimos una pasta Gambery y estaba deliciosa, al igual que la sopa del huerto.  Si pueden poner algo de música, sería genial en el jardín. Importante que la actitud de la camarera sea de mejor calidad y que no si habla en creole delante de los huéspedes, al menos que se asegure de no hablar mal de ellos, y más si no saben si los clientes entienden.

Las instalaciones muy lindas, la comida es muy buena. Cabe destacar que es un lugar para personas que buscan escapar de lo rutinario en la ciudad para descansar en un lugar acogedor. También es un buen lugar para ir tanto en familia como en pareja.

El hotel es muy acogedor, un ambiente muy tranquilo y cálido el servicio es excelente cuanta con un personal muy atento y agradable sobre todo la ama de llaves Dulce que es un amor de persona las habitaciones son muy cómodas y la comida es deliciosa y preparan un delicioso mojito 😍

Conocer este maravilloso hotel, fue una experiencia inolvidable que me gustaría repetir, las habitaciones muy agradables y la comida bastante buena. También es un lugar de tranquilidad y relajación para compartir con familias, parejas o amigos.

Fue una linda experiencia y la señora dulce muy gentil me gustó desde la recepción hasta alberga muy tranquilo y relajante se le puede recomendar ir las habitaciones son espaciosas y tranquilas 🤗🤗🤗 espero regresar pronto 😊😊😊 se puede ir ya sea en familia o amistades 🥳🥳
