Poor service. I wanted to report that safe had broken. Unfortunately after 20 minutes of dialing reception and nobody answering I walked down to reception to report my safe was broken as well as some other issues with my dirty room. While I was gone I placed the do not disturb on my room as all my valuables were left there and I couldn’t store them anywhere. When I returned there was a man in my room trying to open my safe. It felt very strange and wrong and not very secure. I’d recommend not to stay here at least until the service and security is improved

Decent price for comparable hotels in the area. Disappointed at night, you can hear all of the outside noise. Staff wasn’t rude but not friendly.

Rooms were nice. Guest registration set up and size of pool. Room was not ready at arrival. We were required to wait until the room became available

Excelente property, lobby area beautifuly designed. Kitchen staff are amazingly friendly especially Isaac, he gave 5 star attention during breakfast times. Even the guards in front were very friendly.
Food was amazing also. Will stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and great service. Had a quick stop at the restaurant and service was amazing and the food beyond words! Highly recommend if you are in San Pedro Sula

Great new hotel, close to some of the best restaurants in the city. Only problem is a noisy disco next door, make sure you get a room on the other side.
