Es increible en mi estancia no hubo luz, no habia agua me dieron un balde para asear el WC , no tenian personal , estuve tres noches les pedi me restituyeran la ultima noche porque tuve qué a ir otro hotel y se negaron , que pena que no sean profesionales. No recomendable

Este lugar cuenta con excelente servicio , la habitación muy limpia al igual que espaciosa , no está tan cerca del centro de Tepotzotlán pero esto lo hace ideal si quieres tener privacidad y olvidarte del bullicio

el servicio impecable la atención de lujo todos muy amables lugar súper limpio vista increíble habitación súper equipada sin embargo al ser un sitio de lujo se espera que tengas internet y cable lamentablemente nunca pudimos acceder :( no pudimos conectarnos entonces para mi hija tuve que usar mis datos y
