overall, it is ok for a short stay.

A very basic hotel but lacked standard amenities. No wash cloths, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc. When I asked the desk person how I was to shower without a washcloth she said to use my hands. Won't be staying there again.

I really enjoyed my overnight stay. It was set up like a dormitory and the rooms were really clean. I normally stay in 5 star hotels, was going on an cruise the next day and the customer service was beyond excellent. The faciclity was safe and very secure.There are tons of fine dining near that was walking distance. No real complaints.

Service could be better. Flight was delayed and we arrived early in the morning. It took 10-15 minites to have someone open the door and check us in. Very unsafe at 3am.

Overall great value for a basic, clean hotel room. Good AC, hot water, and felt safe. Good location - walkable to restaurants and other areas. The only negative was parking. There is a small garage under the building for about 8-10 small cars, but don't count on getting or fitting into a spot. You will most likely have to park on the street in the surrounding neighborhood. No frills, but clean, comfortable spot in reasonable location.

This was a a last minute reservation, but they accommodated me quickly and even gave me an early check-in when I went to drop off my bags to wait for 3pm. The room itself is really nice and simple, with a fridge and microwave, plus a safe. The lock system of the door confused me for a moment when I was going out to eat but I was able to figure it out after a few minutes. Once I came back, the only downside for me was that there was no shampoo available and the towel I was given had a huge yellow-ish stain on it, which sorta forced me to air dry as I was unsure of the cleanliness of it. After the towel, I was a bit hesitant to lay in the bed out of paranoia, but I checked the bedsheets and pillows and they were clean and stain-free. The AC works beautifully, there is hot water in those 2 minutes, as they state in the list that they give you upon check-in, and the TV works great if you follow the instructions. I appreciated the window coverings, allowing me to have the window open to let in the natural light, but also not have the fear of someone peering through and looking in! Overall a great stay and minor negatives in my opinion.

The room was clean and spacious. We have stayed there in the past for one night. Decent value for 1 night. Be aware that street traffic is loud as is all of Puerto Rico. Service staff was friendly. Good location within walking distance of numerous restaurants.

Staff was very nice to accomodate our luggage after the early ferry from Culebra. Good deal during holiday travel, and allowed us to extend our stay. Walkable to nice diners and T-mobile center. Also walked back from Escambron beach (ubers don't like the wet post swim). TV was only about 32", helped the boys get out.

The hotel was ok. The air conditioner was really good and there was hot water on the shower but there was no complimentary coffee and only two towels provided initially even though more towels were provided really fast when requested. There was an issue with the elevator and it stopped working which meant we had to take the stairs to our room which was on the fifth floor. It was even worst we had to leave because i had take the stairs with all our luggage from our room on the last floot all the way to the lobby which meant 3 or 4 exhausting teips down the stairs
