Fun experience - quaint decor. Don't count on the breakfast for anything substantial. Nothing hot but toast. Hot water decanter was full of something icky both times even though we told staff about it. However, overall pleasant stay.

Bra sängar, stora rum, tyst läge. Dock saknas bar, restaurang, gym, och andra bekvämligheter, Enkel frukost ingår. OK hotell om man bara skall sova.

I had stayed there before and really liked it. I was somewhat disappointed this time, mainly in the service. The first full day we didn’t want full maid service, rather just a change in towels and the desk clerk seemed to have a hard time fulfilling that request, but after much discussion did make it happen. The second day we got full service but the housekeeper didn’t replace all the towels. Basically, though, it was comfortable.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff are friendly and welcoming!
I usually stay somewhere nearby when I’m in the neighborhood but this time, I had my 89 year old mother-in-law in tow so I thought I’d get something less sterile. I found the Bristol online and thought it looked lovely. I was actually underwhelmed when I pulled up as the exterior is unassuming (but secure, well lit with plenty of parking). Once I walked in the lobby though, I was dazzled!! Every inch of the place was beautifully decorated! I wanted an early check in as my MIL was getting tired. The manager was very helpful and said he would get us a room right away, which he did! The room was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. I wasn’t able to stream content on their tv though as I am used to doing at other hotels but that wasn’t a big deal. I was able to use a hdmi cable and my laptop so she could watch her shows.
Overall, I was above satisfied with our stay at the Bristol.

Decor is a very nice change from contemporary hotel decor. Sure it is a bit repetitive, so what? I much prefer this imitation of european opulence to modern, contemporary hotels that typically charge more per night for a room. The comfort is equal to Marriott Courtyard or Hilton Doubletree but the experience is unique and pleasant rather than generic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our spacious room. It was spotless and comfortable.
The buffet breakfast was great with a variety of options. The breakfast personnel were helpful and attentive to keeping everything fresh.

My second stay at this property. Nice, quiet location overall. Plenty of parking. Hotel is decorated beautifully, and clean.
Overnight rates are very reasonable, and breakfast is tasty and plentiful in a lovely room.
I take off one star for this stay because our next door neighbors were super loud at 1am, as were the people above us. Made me realize that the walls are pretty thin.
The chain on my door (112) was broken, which as a woman traveling alone a lot of the time makes me feel less safe in the room.

This is a classy place. Louis XIV would have felt right at home with the statues, period paintings and a plethora of crystal chandeliers and light fixtures. My room was well-appointed. It would have been nice to have a clock that I could see in the dark. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The breakfast was good continental-style.
I'd be happy to return here when I am in the area.
