Totally recommend this hotel as a retreat out of town. We had an apartment which offered a kitchen and living space where we could host the rest of our party who had smaller rooms. Great restaurant, spa, pool, gym and massage. Cheap Uber into town. Loved Bariloche. Awesome time.

Nice place. Restaurant was nice and good view. Food was decient and drinks were good. rooms were a little dated, but clean. Internet is an issue if you want to do any work. Spa needs to be updated and men's room needs some repair. Pool water was a little on the cloudy side, but nice and warm and views were great.

The reception was very friendly and helpful though no-one spoke English as claimed on the website/ Google. The apartment was large, though dark, with a useable kitchen. There was no view from our apartment and the road noise was at times very loud and persistent. Cleaning was daily. Wifi worked ok at times and at other times was non existent creating many problems. The swimming pool was extremely cloudy and dirty and the racquets and balls for the tennis courts were for children and well used. We hadn’t realised it was going to cost extra to use the Quincho. The restaurant facility had great views across the lake but breakfast was slow and restricted to a couple of slices of toast and a few bits to go with it and served by a lady in the wrong job, who refused to give butter for toast, claiming this would be an extra cost. This problem was eventually resolved on day 2 after some feedback was shared. We chose to eat in the restaurant for dinner one night and expected a « residents 10% » discount advertised on the wall. It turned out this wasn’t intended for hotel residents but local residents of Bariloche! Lucky them! Finally we spent a fortune on taxis but this was no fault of the hotel - we just hadn’t realised how far out of the way it was.

NO ANDA INTERNET ( literal todos los días sin) PILETA MINIMA Y HAY QUE PEDIR TURNO 24 hs antes 😄 TODO VIEJO CON OLOR A SUCIO HORNO TIENE 40 años olor a gas y no cierra la puerta La atención es lo peor, literal ni te miran a la cara cuando vas a manifestar que algo no esta bien. Me fui antes y cuando le Comente al “conserje” de la recepción dice : ok chau. Pésimo por donde lo mires. No encuentro algún punto positivo. Es el típico lugar donde seguramente el dueño no esta y a los empleados les importa NADA. Un Fraude es pagar ARS 10000 la noche por esta basura. No entiendo como llegan a cobrar eso por semejante desastre. RECOMIENDO NO GASTAR DINERO EN ESTA PORQUERIA.

Hôtel vieillot, excentré, appartement spacieux mais salle de bains très abîmée, bruits de tuyauterie en permanence, petit déjeuner pas terrible, à la carte...et accueil à la réception très désagréable. La piscine est plutôt sympa, bien chauffée !

Hotel proche d'une route passante. Cependant, bel établissement, joliment décoré. Réception et restaurant très jolis. Personnel disponible et à l'écoute. Point négatif, la qualité des installations. Le frigo coulait et était bruyant, le chauffage qui fuit et ne s'éteint pas (il faisait très chaud dans les chambres) et salle de bain en mauvaise état et vétuste. un peu d'investissement ne serait pas superflux. Malgré tout, les petits déjeuners et les repas étaient très bons, copieux et originaux.

Departamentos cómodos y HERMOSA vista! Ya es la cuarta vez que voy y no me defraudan. Lo único que mejoraría es la conectividad. En el restaurante la calidad de los platos son muy buenos, recomiendo la trucha, exquisita.

Tratamento frio e descompromissado no checkin, com uma unidade suja e com mofo, paredes descascadas carpete péssimo, cobertas surradas e outras coisas insalubres, o que impossibitou nossa hospedagem diante da alergia de minha esposa. Saímos e buscamos outro local para hospedar por sete dias e perdemos a reserva. Ficamos por cerca de duas horas aguardando a possivel troca de unidade e a funcionária acabou o turno passou por nós como se fossemos invisíveis e foi embora, fui atras mas não adiantou, deu uma desculpa e pronto. A substituta disse não haver vagas (apesar do estacionamento só ter dois veículos) impossibilitando a troca e nem se interessou. A unidade ficava de frente para uma rua movimentada com muita poeira, havia grades na janela, era enterrada no barranco e os vidros cheios de fezes de aves, parecia uma masmorra. Fizemos o chekout no dia seguinte muito decepcionados com a RCI que nos colocou nessa verdadeira roubada. Afinal pagamos, não usamos e ainda passamos por pedintes diante da indiferença. Horrível.

confortable y simple. algunos detalles en los pisos y paredes pero nada importante. la pileta muy biena y la atencion del personal muy buena. buena predisposicion. Buena ubicacion no muy lejos del centro pero lejps para ir caminandop con chicos. REcomendable
