Großes Kino! Top Team, die jederzeit stets freundlich und hilfsbereit waren, uns jederzeit egal ob an der Rezeption, in den vielen Restaurants, am Pool an der Bar oder einfach nur im Gang das ehrliche Gefühl gegeben haben, willkommen zu sein. Stellvertretend für alle, die auch im Hintergrund daran gearbeitet haben, dass wir hier eine wirklich schöne und bestimmt unvergessliche Zeit hatten gilt unser Dank Emilangela, Justin, Karen, Royman, Yeraldin, Ana, Dana, Jesus Sheiggy, Evelin, Manuel, ... Grundsätzlich: Tolles großes Zimmer mit Platz zum verstauen der Sachen, so dass es auch immer aufgeräumt aussehen kann. Genialer Ausblick. Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Essen am Buffet, darüber hinaus noch die Möglichkeit, sich auch tagesaktuell zum Mittagessen oder Dinner direkt was Braten zu lassen (Lachs z.b. ) Toller Service auch am Pool inklusive Getränke und Snacks (wenn man Hamburger Salate etc wirklich als Snacks durchgehen lassen will). Tolle Bar mit einer guten Auswahl an Cocktails und einem wirklich guten Manhattan... Danke Manuel! In unserem Fall z.b. ein wirklich gutes Abendprogramm mit Sänger, der aufs Publikum eingehen konnte, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Danke auch an das Team der Rezeption und davor (es sind hier wirklich Kleinigkeiten, die es ausmachen!)

If you are looking for all inclusive good value this is not the place. It’s a nice new hotel but not worth the all inclusive prices. Very little food choices. Not the best taste. They close restaurant at 10 yet 9:15 they already take the food away and tell people it’s closed.

Great hotel, close to the beach and shopping. The crew team is extremely kind and the environment is awesome. We love it. The room is large with a great view to the bay. The food was great and we had a great time with friends. Totally recommend to visit this hotel.

The hotel is very good, although it is not finished, but that does not interfere with the development of what you want, which is to rest, sunbathe, eat very well, everything that is offered is what you get, the staff is very friendly They always have a smile and a good attitude towards the guest, the resetsion girls are very friendly, the man with the suitcases is the best, always very friendly, and all the restaurant staff are very friendly, in general excellent, highly recommended. I hope to return one day TOTAL THANKS

Beautiful hotel, customer service and the variety of food was great!!!! Also the room was very nice and neat, beautiful balcony view to the ocean. Friendly staff. We will for sure comeback to this hotel. 100% recommended Till next time!!!!

It was a real pleasure to be here , very good service , and the food is delicious, the Italian restaurant is just amazing, ask for Anna paez the manager she will take care of you !!! The security is top and the room service is fantastic , you have to come here if you can afort it !!!

Fantastic hospitality offered by all the staff managed by Mr. Salinas! Good rooms, meals bar, cleaning, typical music at all evenings ...everything! You can delight too with the rides offered in the hotel around many others isles very close from San Andres We recommend certainly!
