The hotel well maintained and clean. I have stayed here before. My review is based on being locked out of the hotel at night until 6am that they ope .
I did my check in dripped my bags and left. When I came back, the gate was closed. I called several times no answer. Stood there for 20minues waiting for the guy or person who is supposed to be there over night to allow guest in and the person never arrived. I stayed in my car until 6am that the gate opened again.
As mentioned, I had stayed there once before and was told there is always a person available overnight to allow guest in. This was not the case this time.
Walls are thin, and got a room mear the stairs and next to a room where kids were staying. Music was playing, and people talking at night.
The rooms in the outer part are best, as there is barely any noice. During this stay, I was given a room in the “main” building and was not the best due to what was previously mentioned.

We were expecting something better for the price paid. The water on the shower was mostly cold, we had to be closing and opening the faucet every 2 minutes to get the water warm again. The mattresses were not very comfortable. We noticed several places around the swimming pool area that need maintenance, like a ping pong table and the edges of the pool that need cleaning. The music while in the pool area was terrible and noisy. Only good things are the location (which is very close to the water park) and the rooms which are reasonably clean.

Super agradable. Atención y alimentos de primera. La atención por parte de sus propietarios y su personal lo hace distintivo. Al mil recomendable. Las albercas muy limpias . Con una ubicacion privilegiada. Frente al balneario y a pasos del centro.

Muy mal ejemplo de los dueños prohiben hacer asados en las areas comunes pero ellos si pueden a mi opinion deberian de poner el ejemplo ellos mismos
Y aparte prohiben animales pero a sus conocidos no eso esta muy mal

En general bien. Solo que en mi habitación la regadera salía el agua muy cambiante de caliente a fría en 2 segundos. Por lo demás buen, bonito y tranquilo el lugar

las instalaciones limpias y cómodas, la pasamos muy bien, la piscina templada y la disfrutamos mucho.
solo vivimos un pequeño incidente en el restaurante, ya que al querer desayunar, y estando vacío prácticamente, se nos impidió sentarnos donde deseamos y nos pidieron sentarnos cerca de la puerta, por lo que tuvimos que retirarnos y no pudimos hacer uso del restaurante, tuvimos que comer fuera los 2 días de estancia. sin embargo recomiendo este hotel muy limpio y agradable.

Cenando y comiendo en el restaurante de Bungalows Lolita: hemos quedado encantados. La cocina mexicana de este lugar está deliciosa! El pollo con champiñones y el pollo entomatado, sabrosísimos! El pescado al mojo de ajo, increible! La pierna de cerdo asada, las gorditas y los postres, arroz con leche, chocoflan, muy ricos...😋 Gracias por la hospitalidad Repetiremos seguro
