It was great! Beautiful swimming pool and dinner was excellent.

Gorgeous hotel extremely surprised how nice it was.Supermarket across the road.Beach and resort 5 minutes walk .Can be bit noisy early hours due to nightclub on same road not from music just people shouting afterwards but no major concern. Restaurant was the only down side to our holiday.Absolutely no organisation Had to queue to get in then queue to have room number checked then queue again for food!!! Very disappointed. Not possible to buy glass of wine at dinner only bottle!! Hotel does not serve Prosecco or cava So bought at supermarket across road Very cheap We only paid few hundred pound each for this holiday so overall it was fantastic value Roof top pool great.The main pool is shaded but was welcomed as it was so hot Rooms lovely and lovely toiletries provided Very comfy beds and pillows amazing

Hey, me and my family stayed in Hotel Las Vegas from the 5th of October to the 12th of October. My overall experience was great, however I think it was extra great since we went at a more quieter time. The customer service for my experience was great. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, the bar staff was lovely and funny. There was this one old man who would melt your heart just because he is so sweet, I wish I remembered his name! The maids were very friendly as well. I spilt a drink on my bed, so my mother asked a maid to change it and she had to problem in doing so, even though it was after they cleaned all the rooms. The waiters at the restaurant were friendly and funny as well. We forgot to pay for Cola's one night, and the main guy there made light of it and we laughed. The rooms were clean with a nice interior. However, the hair dryer is probably the worst thing about the rooms and amenities. It will be fine for people with thin hair or short hair, but for thick long hair (like mine) it is not the best. The bin in the bathroom was broken too, but I didn't see that as a problem at all. The balcony was comfortable, and the views of the city was amazing. We even saw a bat at one point which was cool. We also watched some cats at the neighbours hotel pool sniffing around. The beds were comfortable, however if you get a room for 3 people, the third bed they add in are not as comfortable as the others, and you only get 1 pillow. But, I asked for a pillow and they gave it to me no problem, and I slept well considering these facts. The location is good, the beach is only 2 minutes away. There is also a Costal Walk that takes you to Tarragona which me and my family did. It was a tough scary walk, but amazing views and the feeling of achievement. There was a couple of nice restaurants around you, and many shops for clothing, gifts, trinkets, beach supplies, slushies and more. PortAventura is only 10 minutes away on a bus ride (the buses there are better than england btw) which was a lot of fun too. The pools at the hotel was okay, but as a human with social anxiety, I didn't go in them that much, only the salt pool which is the most private and hidden. That is not a problem at all, but if you are like me it may be something to think about. There was only 1 gym that I saw which was quite small and rarely ever used. The food served at the restaurant was a hit and miss for me. Some nights I liked the food and some nights and wish there was more, but the fries and tomatoes that they served every night was AMAZING. The breakfast however was delicious, serving hot and cold food with hot and cold drinks. The bar drinks were nice, but I am not the person to listen to as I don't link to drink. The Peach Passion and Melon Cocktails though were delicious, so if you are not a fan of alcohol but want to dink on Holiday, I suggest these drinks. We stayed in a big family room on the top floor, very clean, with a large terrace.We had a halfboard meal plan, the breakfast was ok, but the dinner was avrreage, nothing special and every day the same food, but the food was ok, not great or worse.The disappointment is with staff from the restaurant wich it seems to me that they are watching you in a spy manner and for example if you want to take a fruit outside from the restaurant they won’t let you, and this happend with us, because of the kids..Also no drinks were included in the dinner, you have to pay even the still water😥. They have a lovely top roof pool, the they closed at 22.00 PM i think, and we couldn’t enjoy it during the day ,the roo top is not children friendly zone, and the children are not allowed.

Lovely hotel, great staff ,good food the only downside I has was they only had the local beer on tap which I didn't like ,no Heineken no budweiseer no coors light no guiness so I had to leave hotel at night to socialise

Fabulous hotel, good size room, comfortable beds. Palatial seating areas, everything was immaculate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast but sometimes the evening meal could be hit and miss. Close to the beach, shops and bars. We will definitely be coming back next year. Loved every minute.

Found the beds a bit hard, I have walking problems and have to use a hand crutch so having to queue up for restaurant to open then queue again for your meal I found that a bit much. Something should be done to make it better for people like me which was several and had a complaint like me.other wise a excellent hotel in every other way.would I go again definitely.

This is our 3rd time to this beautiful Hotel. Cannot fault the decor, staff or cleanliness of this great hotel. We had a room with a sea view but very little shade from the sun. Would prefer a side view now from experience. But the view was fabulous. Came with Jet2 , who gave an excellent customer service throughout. Worth the little extra from TUI. The flights were better for us. Only downside was the dining experience. Dinner started at 7.30 with long queues to get in , then to get your food. I think an earlier start, say 6.30 would help to reduce the queueing. This was the opinion of many of the other diners from different countries. Food not as good as last year. Overall the staff are brilliant in all areas. The rooms are cleaned every day and have free safes and a small fridge. Again would like a couple of English channels on the TV because elderly people are not on the go all day and often need to relax in the room on some days. As mentioned by others, worth getting a Plana bus card and go to Tarragona, Ruis and Camrils. All beautiful little towns. Works out at about 1.50 euros a person a trip. Hope to be back.
