Nice atmosphere big room and very big toilet

Hotel room was good but windows did not open one handle broken other was locked. Carpet stained and couch not the best. Rest of room was good. Great bathroom. In a good location for our trip. Parking was onsite Breakfast was OK, sausage and bacon was a no no but enjoyed everything else. Alfie on reception was extremely pleasant and helpful, recommended somewhere to eat and overall very welcoming, we had a good chat with him on both evenings. Would stay again but maybe a different room.

Great stay at this hotel. Right near the OVO arena, about a 15 min walk which was perfect. Breakfast the next morning was lovely! Would definitely stay again

Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast room very spacious. Close to my sons apartment as I travelled from Northumberland as he took me to AO Arena for concert for my upcoming birthday. Only downside which isn't a complaint is my rooms bathroom had leaky sink and heated towel rail and some black spots around bath grout area. Also noisy plumbing sounds throughout my 2 night stay which was just shy of £200 and sadly kept waking me up throughout the night. May be related to the leaks?

The hotel tried to collect £50 from my bank account after I checked out. Annoying!

Me and my partner stayed here for a concert at AO arena, it was only a short 10 minutes walk. The room was lovely and spacious and the breakfast and drinks facility was lovely. The only downside is the parking costs an additional £14/15. Would stay again

Nice room with everything for a comfy stay . Including an iron . Staff very friendly and informative. Continental breakfast only , pity but plenty of eateries close by . Weatherspoons and Deansgate 10 min walk for breakfast. So in a really good position for city centre. Train station 2 min walk . Pity parking is on a first come basis . Would come back and definitely recommend.

Excellent stay! No complains! Breakfast buffet had a variety of options to choose from. They even kept our luggage for few hours with them when we checked out and roamed around the city. kudos to team!

Nice hotel in a good location. Friendly and attentive staff and a decent breakfast.

The place was amazing and the service too just has a bit of a problem with the window not closing but everything else was spectacular 💯.Breakfast was top tier would stay there again
