Happy we were immediately moved from our initial room which had a sewer odor. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. No ice in vending machine, but overall good stay.

First time in Mexico so don’t have anything to compare with but it was adequate lodging for 4 nights. Property seemed secure. They have a fence and full time guard. Breakfast was excellent.

Toilet paper and towels where not replace had to go 3 times to service desk to get items,room was not clean only bed was done,no hand soap was replaced stay at other city express in Mexico and services were never this bad.

El cuarto 705 en el que me hospedé por 5 días olía muy mal, en el baño no se podia ni respirar con tanta humedad después de bañarse. (Construir un hotel requiere experiencia y no poner un extractor de olores y humedad esta muy mal) la cortina de baño estaba muy corta había tanta agua que se escurría afuera y causaba un gran charco con peligro de resbalarse. El asiento de la taza de baño pellizcaba la pierna( (por favor compren asientos de calidad). No funcionaba el teléfono del cuarto. Lo reportamos en la recepción y no se arregló durante nuestra estancia. Se nos dijo que el encargado de mantenimiento estaba toda la semana de vacaciones. En el area de desayuno, mis complementos a la persona que cocinó todo estuvo delicioso. Se acabaron algunos utensilios y no pudieron ir a la tienda a comprar. Que pena que pertenezcan a Marriott. Yo vivo en U.S.A. y acá cuando hay quejas en el servicio arreglan lo descompuesto y te compensan monetariamente.

Tiene desayuno incluido y eso ayuda para no tener que buscar donde buscar para desayunar ahorrando tiempo y dinero. Está un Walmart casi enfrente y un mall muy cerca.

Buenos días en cuanto llegué no tenían sistema y demoraron para poder verificar mi estancia, le falta limpieza al baño.

Faltó más rapidez para colocar el desayuno, sabiendo que había mucha población infantil y poco control por parte de los adultos que los acompañaban.
Los que no teníamos que ver con ellos tuvimos que esperar que abastecieran.
