This small family run hotel nestled high on the hills of Saint Thomas is a delightful maze of rooms and outdoor spaces, in a great location overlooking Charlotte Amalie and turquoise Caribbean waters. It’s easy to walk to the shopping areas of town and if you don’t feel like walking during the day there is often a taxi driver on site. One of the friendliest, most service oriented hotels I’ve stayed in recently. There is a restaurant on site for dinner, serving delicious food and drinks and breakfast is included in your hotel room rate. A convenience store is across the street. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well, and there was plentiful hot water. As a senior traveler I felt very safe and cared about here. This is my new go to place in Saint Thomas and I highly recommend it. My thanks to Anita, Laverne and Thomas for taking such great care of me and making me feel so welcome.

Mit Moteln ist nichts falsch; die Bewertungen spiegeln jedoch nicht diese Tatsache wider. Die Eincheckung ist ein Albtraum. Sie haben nur eine Person, die auf dem Frontbüro arbeitet und es ist nicht sehr effizient. Wir haben zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel, eine Woche apart. Einer war am Tag, an dem wir in die USVI kamen, und ein anderer, an dem wir aus unserer Charter zurückkehrten. Beide Zeiten waren mindestens 45 Minuten zum Einchecken und beide hatten Probleme mit dem Zimmer. Auf dem ersten Aufenthalt wurde uns gesagt, dass unser Zimmer nicht bereit war, obwohl es eine Stunde nach unserer Eincheckung war. Ich sagte ihnen, es sei nicht akzeptabel und sie fanden mir ein Zimmer. Das Zimmer war nicht schrecklich, aber das Badezimmer sah aus, als ob es niemals umgerüstet worden war. Es hatte überall Fliesen gebrochen und die Grube war flüchtig. Unsere Freunde waren auch im Hotel und ihre Zimmer waren nicht so schlecht, so haben wir nur die Kugel gebrochen und die Nacht geblieben. Das Hotel verfügt über keine Ausstattung außer einem kleinen Pool und einer Außenbar mit sehr begrenzter Auswahl. Das Personal ist weder freundlich noch hilfsbereit. Sie bieten nur zwei Handtücher für ein Doppel, so gingen wir um zwei weitere. Die Hausbetreiber sagten uns buchstäblich, in die Wäsche zu gehen, um sie selbst zu bekommen. Natürlich gingen wir in die Wäsche, da war niemand da, also mussten wir uns anrufen, sich über sie zu beschweren, um uns zusätzliche Handtücher zu bringen. Bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt mussten wir noch einmal eine Stunde warten, um sich anzumelden. Sie sagten unseren Freunden, dass ihr Zimmer noch eine halbe Stunde nicht bereit wäre. Mit anderen Worten, um 7:00 Uhr ! Sie brachten die Hölle auf und endeten mit einem Eckesraum, in dem Sie die Musik hören konnten, bis 3:00 A.M ... Unser Eincheck ging reibungslos, und wir haben unser Gepäck ins Zimmer gepackt (weil es niemand gibt, der mit Gepäck zu helfen). Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, war die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert! Ich rief den Vorderseite und sie schickten Wartung etwa die Hälfte von uns später. Er prüfte die Einheit und sagte mir, dass sie ersetzt werden musste, so dass wir Zimmer bewegen müssten. Nach etwa einer Stunde, nachdem sie unsere Hügel in diesem Raum abschwitzten, schlugen sie auf die Tür und informierten uns, dass sie uns ein neues Zimmer gefunden haben. Ich fragte sie, ob sie zumindest unsere Gepäck ins neue Zimmer nehmen könnten, da wir in diesem Raum buchstäblich schwitzen. Sie sagten, wir müssten sie selbst nehmen. Sie konnten uns nicht einmal einen Gepäckwagen finden, um uns zu helfen, unser Gepäck zu bewegen. Schließlich würde ich nicht sagen, nicht in diesem Hotel zu bleiben; obwohl ich nie wieder dort bleiben würde. Ich möchte nur sagen, dass wenn Sie sich dort beschließen, nur verstehen, dass Sie auf dem gleichen Niveau wie ein unterer Motel bleiben. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und unfreundlich, mit Ausnahme des Bartenders, das sehr nett war. Die Einrichtungen sind gleichwertig mit einem Motel 6, und die Lage ist auch nicht groß.

這次入住行政套房，房間很乾凈，客廳的沙發床是1.5米大小，卧室的床很大，房間裏各種桌子茶几沙發很多，客廳卧室都有陽台，很適合一家人出行。酒店有私人沙灘，雖然不大，總好過去外面公共沙灘。酒店自己的幾個餐廳還行，最好提前預訂，我們住了四晚，第一晚直接去Aloro意大利餐廳，被告知衹有9點才有空位。第二天提前預訂，竟然接下來三天都衹有9點，衹好放棄這家餐廳，把其他幾家餐廳都吃了個遍。去參加了酒店的落日巡航，景色很美，船上提供的小點心和三明治吃完，胃口小的基本不用吃晚飯了。
