We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the coverall experience was very good, the location is great with free parking. Our room was OK but the main and only problem is that there is no place to put things except a small table, and a very narrow closet so we literally lived out of our suitcase. The same goes for the bathroom. However the bathroom itself is big and the walk in shower is fantastic with good water pressure. The towels are a nit small and worn out Breakfast is reasonable with cured meats, eggs, fruit cereal and pastries, some fresh vegetables would make it excellent They have a nice bar serving drinks in the cool night breeze and a restaurant which we did not sample

Worst hotel ever. Unfriendly stuff and communication bad. No interest in helping you in person. Not possible to talk to them about a problem, calling travel agency and complaining about that you told them the truth and wannabes you out the hotel. So u can’t complain

We were served raw chicken and eventually had to go to bed hungry. No professionalism AT ALL. They clearly do not know how to please their clients. This hotel ruined our honeymoon. Do not even think of going there !!!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Chambre petite mais très belle , rien à dire au niveau de la literie, mais dans la salle de bain dommage qu'il n'est pas assez de place pour poser nos affaires autour du lavabo. Personnel très sympathique , nous avons été bien accueillit. Le petit déjeuner passable, mais à revoir. Pas beaucoup de fruit, ni de boisson fraiche. Nous avons dîner au restaurant gastronomique, beaucoup de choix à la carte. Rien à dire sur la restauration, top ! Surtout le fondant au chocolat.

Pas de nuit dans cette hôtel mais une journée détente .. La piscine n'est pas très grande et l'espace autour de la piscine un peu juste mais finalement nous avons passé un bon moment et notamment mon fils Petit bémol , le mobilier autour de la.piscine est à revoir. Mais je pense que le passage du cyclone 6 est pour quelques chose . Le bar et le restaurant etaient agréables. Même si la vu n'était pas extraordinaire à cause des travaux en contrebas. La cuisine était excellente et le fondant chocolat une merveille .

J'ai passé une nuit en famille dans cet hôtel...on a eu une belle chambre.. très confortable...la piscine était très bien..le petit déjeuner super!!!le personnel est vraiment très gentil... ça donne envie de revenir...je ne peux que vous conseiller cet hôtel...

C’est un hôtel agréablement rénové, avec une déco sympa. Cependant en tant que cliente, j’ai repéré des améliorations à apporter : compte tenu du prix de la nuit, je m’attendais à une bouteille d’eau de courtoisie (ayant réservé la chambre la plus grande pour 4 personnes), une piscine bien nettoyée et des rideaux ou volets me permettant de dormir dans le noir ! Ce sont des détails peut être mais la base… Aussi, une amélioration pour proposer un repas du midi différent du soir ou au minimum un snack… Et puis un peu de rigueur sur les facturations car on m’a demandé de régler des choses que je n’ai pas consommé. Les personnes en salle au top, très sympa 😊 Merci !
