I booked for a suite 2 queen bed and i was given suite 1 queen, the hotel was totally booked and they told me nothing they can do, not other hotel had rooms! Very disapointed

We had our sons Groomsdinner at one of the conference rooms that was open to the courtyard where they have a basketball hoop and bean bags. It was great that we could let the kids go outside to run off some energy while the adults visited.
The wedding party stayed at the hotel as well. We liked that there was a full kitchen in all the rooms along with a full refrigerator and dishwasher!

Everyone was very friendly and the place was very clean. The only frustrating thing, which the property could not control, was that the luggage carts were always gone, and for hours at a stretch. The staff said some people take them tobtheir room the night before they check out to ensure they have one. I guess the only way to solve that would be a check-out system.

My husband and I stayed with our 4 year old. Lots of space in the room to move around and play. Swimming pool, basketball, grills, board games and lawn games. Breakfast did not seem to be consistent with offerings. For example...some days the oatmeal and waffles had a lot of toppings and some days there was little or nothing. Staff were all pleasant and helpful

The property over the surface looked clean, but while in the room, the furniture was old and the walls had stains…lamps had dust and webs. Not clean at all. Shower door was busted and the bathroom overall was dirty.

Overall our stay went fine. The room was a nice size and the beds were relatively comfortable. The room wasn’t super clean- lots of dirty finger prints on the door frames and a slightly funky smell. The pool worked fine for our needs. Biggest complaint is that our room was at the end of the hall which was next to an exit to outside and that door was highly trafficked most of the night and unfortunately it slammed every time it closed. This made for a tough night sleep for my family next to that really noisy door.

The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. It was clean and the front desk staff was kind and welcoming. My only thing was that the breakfast was not great at all and the staff there were slow to refill things. The two ladies were literally outside on a smoke break right in the middle of breakfast and the milk and coffee had run out. Thought that was rude in our opinion. My husband went outside to get them. Anyway, other than that it was a good stay.
